Kindness of the staff

Breakfast was spicy. I'm suffering of ulcers

The cleanliness and proximity to city centre.

There is no hotel shuttle so had difficultied connevting to the sirport.

The hotel was very clean and nice, Such a lovely staff who remembers you when you come back, A big thank you to the Manager Joe, as he solved an issue for me and always made sure my requests were there when I had an elder with me at first. The food was always good with proper portions. The bathrooms were extra clean and they clean on a daily basis.

Just genuinely hope they put food tags on the traditional Ethiopian food for foreigners to know what it and to try it. And also to update their menu.

Good location near shops, restaurants, and parks, bedrooms and bathrooms, and a well-maintained condition.

We stayed at the hotel for a week. We felt right at home. The breakfast at the hotel was varied. A guard is on duty at the hotel throughout the day, welcoming us and serving us with kindness and respect. The hotel is located in a well-served area, and there are a variety of restaurants and cafes nearby, catering to all tastes, as well as a clothing and necessities market. If the electricity goes out in the neighborhood, you won't feel it, as there's a generator on the hotel

I liked the hotel manager's attentiveness. He helped us with everything and welcomed us. The hotel is very safe and close to Bole Street. The receptionists are very attentive, friendly, and welcoming. I will come back to them again when I return to Addis Ababa. The hotel has rooms suitable for cooking, and we asked them for kitchen utensils, and they provided them.

The stay was superb, The hotel was very neat and clean. The staff are also good and speak English. Thanks to Miss Rose front desk office .And special thank to Manager Mr.John.who can guide me a proper things , it was very useful to me

Staff was great specially the Hotel Manager was a kind and very professional person. He truly cares about his guests. His attentive and dedicated approach made our stay truly memorable. The manager's exceptional hospitality, combined wth customer-focused attitude, ensured that we felt valued and well taken care of throughout our visit. A big thank you John.

Very clean and daily change sheet The best thing I like about that the property is a good location and also the housekeeping coming any time to change the sheet and also a clean of the room the second thing I like the property is easier to access for the city by walk or not far to travel and also close to the airport
