The finishing works in the rooms (in my case especially the bathroom) is poor witch several unfinished or very poorly finished interior work. It’s a bit noisy from the construction site opposite and also from the corridor. The shower was not working well.

The hotel is a modern and appealing building with a decent restaurant attached to it. Very close to the airport. The junior suite is nice and modern.

Perhaps if it were possible to have the (la nouvelle) restaurant charge bills to the rooms of guests. Right now they operate independent of each other, and it can get cumbersome to do accounts.

The process was quite fast. The receptionists were very helpful and kind enough to help us navigate the process in English.

They are friendly and nice location and clean hotel. There was a shorty receptionist she was very supportive. Their restaurant, coffee shop or what ever provide food is closing at 11.

What I liked most was that the rooms were tiled- so no stuffy smells, and very spacious. The rooms also have sockets with the type of holes that can take UK, Chinese, and European type of appliances - which makes life easy for the frequent traveller who forgot their adapter (like had happened with me).

A beautiful hotel in the heart of Addis Ababa. 5 minutes from the airport and very much close to everything in the city. The staff were amazing and helpful, they helped me with everything I needed, 10/10 for the staff.

Windows without mosquito nets and the option to pay extra for air-condition or ceiling fan. Also the noise of the new construction in the area can wake you up.

The breakfast is optional but Im glad there is a breakfast bar downstairs for ease and convenience.

The personnel/staff are very professional yet friendly, helpful, and patient. They will go above and beyond to assist. I will urge management to give them a raise or a token bonus. I stayed in a junior suite that was spacious and clean and met my expectations.

One of the most comfortable, clean and aesthetically pleasing places I have stayed at in Addis. From the lobby area to the rooms, everything is constructed with exceptional details and perfection. Staff are very nice, welcoming and willing to answer any question The location is perfect with easy access to shops, the airport and with a great restaurant just downstairs.
