You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Nice gas grill outside for free to use! Golf club really close! Nice staff! Country style breakfast.

GermanyOur hosts were super nice and made us feel very welcome. Unlike many others we stayed at Bjärkas for our whole vacation, and we would do so again any time. I can only recommend staying there for a little while and enjoying the peace and quiet of the Finnish countryside. We took frequent trips to the surrounding attractions, none of which are too far away, but were always happy to return to our home abroad. Kiitos!

Beautiful location, excellent service and tasty (home made) breakfast. Our room was huge and had all the facilities and appliances even for a longer stay. The building accommodated kids' toys, a few exercise equipment and a billiard and ping pong table. Highly recommended.

FinlandSadly we turned up to have been informed our room wasn’t ready. normal check in was 16:00 but we had a wedding to attend at 15. we had a 5month old child that we needed to have a nap before we left and got ready. so we asked and offered to pay extra for the room to be ready at 13:00! it was all agreed and confirmed. when we arrived we had to wait with a very unhappy, tired little guy getting our room at 14:00. a phone call could have saved all this as we would have just left our home town later or not rushed the drive. Again a little mistake that I can’t judge the over all stay on. Was just ticked off on how it was handled.
Really lovely place. seems to be owner operated or at least has that feeling of passion behind it.
