It was an amazing stay but the TV in the room wasn't working. I chatted with support and they tried to help but it was still not working. Management should check facilities in the room before the guests' arrival.

The one day I tried to go use the gym, the card didn't work, but they quickly resolved it. But it was frustrating that I changed, got ready for the gym, walked to the gym and couldn't enter, and there's no front desk at the gym to help resolve any issue.

Loved the modern look and how seamless check in was. I really loved the design of the room and it was extremely quiet and comfortable for the entire week stay.

The only negative aspect we experienced was the loud noise from the street, even at night – both on weekdays and weekends. Although it is a one-way street, cars keep passing by constantly. The garbage trucks came to collect trash around midnight. I couldn’t believe it, so I actually got up and looked out of the window. Right under the hotel there is a Lidl, so the store is also being supplied. We live in Prague, but we are not used to such noise, and it really bothered us. Otherwise, I would not hesitate to give it 10/10.

The hotel is beautiful, everything is perfectly clean, and you feel as if you were the very first guest. The room was small but had everything you needed – as a woman, I personally appreciated the hairdryer as well as the shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. Self check-in before arrival. You receive a code for the entrance door and the room, so you don’t need to worry about losing any keys.

Shower needs be water pressure enhanced. The shower door needs the sealing gasket for water leakage. The toilet is stuck between the shower and basin cabinet. The space is very limited. It will nice if the room can be cleaned better. Some furniture or decoration were covered by dust.

Room is newly renovated, modern decoration, mattress is firm. Fully equipped kitchen with spacious fridge. Grocery store is right next door. 20 mins walk from the old market or you can take the tram.

The sauna temperature was too low — 60–65°C is not accurate. It’s a pity, because both the sauna and the spa area are very well designed and could be a wonderful place for relaxation. As this is a self-service hotel, I would also recommend ensuring clearer communication with guests in case of emergencies, such as a fire alarm, so that everyone understands when they should leave the building.

Even tough the apartment was small (superior studio) it was very well organised, beautifully designed and had everything we needed for our 5 nights stay. The location was excellent and the price we paid was also very fair. We enjoyed many cafes and restaurants in the neighbourhood and spend some evenings on the roof terrace. The apartment was also very clean and well maintained- it felt new. We enjoyed the little pieces of Finnish design that you could see on a daily basis.

One minor thing was the fact that the shower window glass didn’t start right from the floor, so water was a bit flooding the bathroom floor… not a big deal though.

The room was very clean and had everything needed. The hotel was very well located. It was the first time I was staying at a Bob W hotel and I would stay again at the next occasion! Very good value for money. I recommend it.

It would be better to receive a text/email/message with the check-in instructions. Logging into the website to get this information was extra work and very hard if you don't have international roaming internet access. We were actually left stuck due to this and had to find a place with wifi (with luggage and a tired baby). The sleeper couch was quite uncomfortable. It would be great to put a mattress topper on it.

We loved that it was self-service access. Excellent customer service via the Whatsapp. The laundry was great. So nice that we didn't have to clean ourselves before departing - thank you. Modern, beautiful apartment and building. They really thought of everything.
