Comfortable and clean, helpful staff

A little far from the city but staff showed me public transport

The waiting area, reception staff was very polite and helpful.

The rooms and there's no Air conditioning in summer and it can get hot. The least they could provide is a fan in the dorms.

Good location, availability of free parking space next to the hostel. Nice staff at the reception.

I was a bit noisy during the night due to an opened window and a big street outside.

It's a great place if you just need to stay somewhere for a couple of nights. No luxury, but you get everything you need. It's usually not extremely noisy either.

Their breakfast is overpriced for what you get, but you don't need it when there's an Alepa downstairs.

The lowest price in town, but it was impossible to sleep here and I felt awful after my stay. A door kept banging endlessly, there was constant noise and talking, and the beds were wobbly with old blankets and mattresses waiting for you. Nobody even asked me which bunk I preferred, and the “exit” sign was shining straight into my eyes all night!

Secure , clean hostel just outside the centre of Helsinki but tram ,bus stops very close. One great feature is they have a live departure board for transport so you know when to leave.

Nothing bad to report, this is the 2nd time at the hostel and would be my go to play when I am next in Helsinki.

Old and worn out hostel. Smelly areas from all The cooking. Stuffy rooms, no ventilation. The bunk Bed was creaky and rattled every time The person on top moved a bit. Even though the staff tries to clean, the place is crowded and the bathrooms reminded me of public restrooms.

They never change the mattress covers; one sleeps on the mattress cover used by the person who was there the night before. They only change the duvet cover, which is unhygienic.

The property is spacious with different floors for different utilities.

Sometimes the men bathroom on the 4th floor is not so clean, but it’s ok.

the hostel and staff was amazing and helpful they even allowed me to keep my luggage and let me sit there for hours even after i checked out.

I would rate it as 10 but the i really struggled with toilets. There was no exhaust system in the toilet on floor no 4 so whenever u walk in, u always smell pee which gave me soo much ick.
