With such a great location I don’t understand why they don’t have bigger windows 😅.

We had a great time here, always liked the bar upstairs and wanted to one day stay in this hotel, we were here for almost a week and enjoyed it a lot. Breakfast is very solid, service was always based on best effort. Rooms were good as well.

There wasn't options for pillows. We found that pillows were way too soft for our liking. Coffee, tea, milk, sugar were limited, pretty much limited to just a cup of tea and coffee each.

The property is very clean, new, modern and tastefully furnished. The beds are very comfortable. Rooms are small but sufficient for a couple. Our room faced the waterfront, great views. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Trams to the city are literally just round the corner of the hotel. Very convenient. Reasonably priced for a hotel of this standard.

The frond desk in particular Simeon he went beyond his way to help as with our booking so a 10 out of 10 .the restaurant the service was excellent and the food fantastic the taste and presentation was great and a 10 out of 10 the hotel was great overall a 10 out of 10 when we come back one day we will come to the Clarion hotel again but Australian is not next to Finland so it have to wait a bit but we will come back and thanks again to you and your staff room 1503

The location is very convenient, just next to the port. Right outside the hotel, the No. 7 tram goes to the city center. The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were modern and comfortable. The breakfast was also fantastic. The only thing I did not like was that I could not switch off the air conditioning in my room. I could only reduce the fan speed, and the temperature could only be set as high as 24°C. For me, 24°C feels too low.

Very nice stay. Modern and comfortable hotel room, helpful staff, great breakfast with lots of options to eat, and the spa area on the top flor is phenomenal. A bit outside the city center but great connections with 3 tram lines just in front of the hotel.

Everything was great but for us who love the heat, room was a bit colder than we would like it. We never told the staff about it because we found it unnecessary but we're sure that they'd give us a heater or something so as we have a pleasant stay.

Staff was very friendly and eager to help if you needed something. Location of the hotel was great with very nice view from our room and also from the roof top. Breakfast was full including options for every taste. Swimming pool and sauna was something else! The view from the swimming pool was truly amazing!

Rooms do not have enough cupboard and shelf space. Rooms are sparsely decorated. Warm selections at breakfast were not that good - it had an after-taste.

Sauna and swimming pool was great. Breakfasts had large variety. Tram pickup right in front of the hotel. Very easy to navigate the city from here.

Room was nice but too small for a floor lamp and a desk lamp next to each other, and too many “amenities” on the desk left no room for using the desk. Likewise, so many pillows we had to stuff them in corners to get them out of the way. In other words, less “stuff” provided by the hotel would mean more room for the guest to use.

The beds are really uncomfortable. Instead of being a mattress, it's a platform with a 2-3 inch topper. It destroyed my back with no support.

The breakfast buffet is amazing, the views in the room are really nice, and the sauna is great.

Two receptionists during rush hours are extremely busy and unable to manage all clients. You could resolve this by adding a third receptionist or temporary support staff during rush hours, or by introducing a digital self-check-in system to reduce the reception workload.

Having to commit to a one hour slot for breakfast in the morning is slightly unusual and requires a bit of thinking ahead

Great breakfast, very comfortable room, lovely views, the hotel is slighly outside the centre of Helsinki but with plenty of trams just meters away from the hotel, this is no problem at all. Plenty of eating options in the neighborhood of the hotel as well. The rooftop pool and sauna are a definite plus!

On our 3rd day we left the hotel at 6.30am and returned at 7pm and our room wasn’t cleaned yet. The hotel was fully booked so understand they had a lot to do but I personally thought that was too late. I called reception and they sent an additional person to help out the cleaner and it was done in super quick time, which was appreciated. I did notice a few areas hadn’t been dusted in a while, along the bottom of the windows and on top of the bedside unit light. Other than that the rooms were spotless.

Very modern clean hotel. They had really cool decor and music playing in reception, their 16th floor bar is amazing! Wait until it gets dark to really appreciate it and the view. We were there on both Friday and Saturday nights and it was packed on both. Cocktails were fab and staff were amazing! Their own hotel restaurant is top notch…we ate there two nights in a row it was so nice! Again, the staff were super friendly and incredibly nice.

I didn’t like the fact that the hotel did not have parking. We had to park somewhere else had to walk to the hotel. Please find a solution for the parking issue
