I don´t have any bigger complaints. Maybe one thing as the cabinets were little too dusty so that I didn´t put my clothes in than rather kept in my bag.

Breakfast was very good. Good glutenfree options as well. Location for me was also good as I was visiting festivals in Icehockey rink area.

Everything was perfect. Huge room, comfy bed, great location, and the tastiest Finnish candies and cocoa in the room. Friendly staff at both reception and restaurant. Definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed at.

We couldn't get the screencasting service to work. More of a business hotel than a vacation setting but that's just what we needed.

Large room allowed us to reorganize our suitcases after five days in the woods. Very helpful receptionists. Kids loved the pool, sauna was nice, too. Nice to be away from the bustle of the city center but still only a short walk into town. Parking right next door.

The bathroom is generally very well equipped with ample toiletries and good lighting, but the (small) bath has a too short fixed glass screen and the water flows from the shower head regardless of the position of the selector. Not a big deal. To go up in the elevator you need to press your keycard to the reader for quite a while before pressing the button for the desired floor. It works, and isn't really a problem, but feels a little weird.

Excellent location in Töölö - beautiful parks and lakes and bays all around, about 15 minutes to walk (or a couple of tram stops) to the city centre. The price was more reasonable than other options in the terribly expensive Helsinki. I suppose I did not utilize all the facilities of the hotel, didn't even have breakfast, preferring coffee shops and bakeries in the area as more cost-effective. The room was well equipped, with a comfortable bed, a desk with a chair, an armchair, a spacious closet with a safe and a minibar (mineral water bottles and little chocolates are free and replenished every day), bathrobe and slippers, the works. Even a view at the large park nearby and the cathedral in the distance thrown in for free.

I did not like that I had to decide spontaneously the time that I would go for breakfast. It made me a bit stressed about the decision.

There were wine glasses in the room that we could not use as they were dirty, and despite leaving them out to be changed, they weren't. Not really a big issue, however.

The location was great. Lovely part of the city and close to the Oodi Library and train station. The hotel was nice and clean, friendly staff and the breakfast was excellent. The pool was an added bonus and much appreciated by my young daughter.

The only issue was we had booked half board but at dinner we were told that menu wasn’t available and we could only have a choice of one starter, main and dessert. As this option wasn’t appropriate for my children, the staff were extremely kind and opened up the whole menu for us.

We loved the room, it was spacious, with comfy beds and a lovely bathroom.
