The check in process takes place in another hotel Santa Claus, so this means you need to go to another location to do this and receive the keys. Plus, at the check in you could have all forms filled in automatically from booking, not that the customer needs to write everything down.

It is OK for a one night stay. Nothing special, but then again, we are travelling with motorcycles and don't need much comodity. It is more important that the room is clean and it has a normal shower, which this one for sure has.

The Rudolf Hotel is on the top of a Chinese restaurant. All the food smells go to the hotel. To enter on Hotel Rudolf, you need to walk almost a mile with your luggage to reach Santa's Hotel to make the check-in and pick up the keys. (Nobody told me this before).

Careful when using the lift, as the doors close very quickly, you don't have the time for two people to exit or enter the lift. Keep the 'open door' button pressed.

Great location, we arrived by car, checked in to the other hotel, as they clearly said in several messages. They gave us a parking pass to the parking behind the hotel. Room was nice and clean. Kettle, coffee and tea available in the room.

Cushion and beds not so comfortable. They don’t provide you transportation between checkin location and room location. You are on your own and even if its 800 m away you need to consider the snow condition and luggage you need to carry on. No conditioner in bath and no window. Not enough room space for a family of 3. No breakfast available at location. Too expensive for facilities they provide

-the resorption located in different place, some 700 meters from the hotel itself. it’s a little bit hard to walk in the snow with the baggage. -I’ve got a room with a door inside that separates between me and other room. you can hear your neighbor all the time

The hotel reception was not at this hotel, you need to walk 10 minutes into town to another hotel, although they did send this in an email I later saw, it's very vauge and hard for travellers. They did not offer to drive us In the snow with out large bags.

The check-in is on another hotel (which is on the city center), and this one is a bit far from the city center. On top of being far, it looks like a ghost hotel - no reception, no bar (only a vending machine). It’s clearly a dormitory. And for all of that, the price they ask is just too much.

Don't go straight to this hotel, go to the main santa claus one to get your key. Walls incredibly thin, right now as I type this I can hear a couple going at it 4 rooms away. People staying here are the nightcrawlers, sleep interrupted several times throughout the night

Was very expensive for what was on offer the hotel check in point was good 10 minute walk from actually hotel which with young family is not ideal. The building its self was no good for family’s it was like a doss house or place they would send all unemployed. Also the beds were horrible it was has if they had mattress toppers instead of actual mattress . The bathroom had very odd smell. Definitely would not return or recommend.

It was REALLY BS checking in a different hotel ( your sister hotel) & getting the hotel & room keys when we were ALREADY in front of Santas' Hotel Rudolf!!!!!! WHAT KIND OF HOTEL DOES THAT?????? WHAT IF I WAS WITH MY NEWPHEWS & NIECE??????? Do they have to wait OUTSIDE the hotel while I walked to your sister hotel to check us in & get the keys????? YOU SHOULD HAVE SOLD THE HOTEL IF YOU CANNOT MANAGE IT!!!!!! Also, WHY DON'T YOU PUT IT AS Air B & B instead of HOTEL @ booking.com??????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
