My only complaint is the sauna. It is really small and the stove nearly touched our feet many times. For three adults it was okay but I'd be scared to have my kids in that sauna.

The flat was great and the location was perfect.

We were not sent the email telling us which property was ours or the access code until after our return to the UK. The local snowmobile office contacted the agent who let us in. He was apologetic and helpful. The fireplace has a gap above the door which allowed fumes to gather upstairs. We only used it on the first night!

We picked this place for 2 reasons: 1) we wanted to have easy and fast access to the ski lift without driving 2) paying an extra buck would guarantee cleanliness and better service. Turns out, not worth it. Paying more only means you pay more for the same service and the same Finnish “hospitality”. You do not get what you need, you get what you are given. Even though Zero Point is said to be 300m away, it will take a good 15min walk. If you’re with a snowboard, going up and down those trails and tunnels is doable. If you’re with ski boots and skis, you’ll be sweating your butt off. Everything in this place is representative of Levi - exquisitely mediocre: not bad enough to avoid this place altogether but passable so you opt for the easy flight here. Cleanliness is below any critique, as for most of these huts. We found popcorn, coins, a bracelet, tons of hair, a pair of Crocs and frozen soup from the previous guests among other stuff. It’s safe to assume that the floor had not seen cleaning for a longer while. If you’re not ok with disinfecting the toilet seat upon arrival, do not come here, you will be disappointed and ruin the holiday for the rest of your group. They don’t tell you that you can’t leave your luggage after check-out at 11:00. Instead, you are urged to get a 15€ taxi to Santa’s shop, additionally pay for the luggage storage and then go back to pick it up from there. And of course, be aware that towels and bed sheets will cost 20€/per person. To summarize, we regret we did not rent a car and pick one of the better places outside of Levi for the same price as this hut.

The equipment was surprisingly good! There was a washing machine, hair dryer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, fireplace, plenty of logs, drying cabinet, drying rack, enough storage space and shelves, enough hangers, and even a grill. Nevertheless, consult your luck if you will get salt and pepper, neither or both left over from the previous guests. We were diluting dish detergent and hand soap with water to make them last longer. If you're a fan of memory foam mattresses, you will be comfortable during the night. And of course, it's completely quiet as the building is located away from the center.

Kitchen small and not enough worktop.

Beautiful location. Everything you need in the property. Very warm. Cleaning wasn't thorough, but acceptable. Only downside was lack of worktop space in the kitchen. Overall very happy and would stay there again.

It hasn’t been taken care of that well. Lamps missing, floorboards moving, shower head wrong and falls off etc. but biggest thing was the smell in the sauna and upstairs toilet. No instructions of how the heat works and what ventilation to keep running. Communication was poor, had to check up multiple times.

The location was good and basic ammenities were there. The kitchen had good equipment and basics to cook. Fireplace.

Great little house. More than enough for the family of lonely dad with two athletes. Very convenient to train - a minute by car from ZeroPoint, reserved parking space, drying cabinet + cold storage for the equipment not in use. Fully equipped kitchen to cook everything those always-hungry people need. Of course, sauna and fireplace as we came from a warm country. Finish
