Dear Kadri, Please accept my apologies for not being able to respond you in Estonian. I thank you very much for your stay at NH Collection Helsinki Grand Hansa back in August and for taking your time to share your experiences. I am awfully sorry to see that your visit has been a big disappointment and we have not met your expectations. Especially your comment about our staff is sad and unfortunate as usually our service and team receives highly appreciative feedback. When it comes to your comment about our rooms please be informed that none of our rooms has got the sink next to bed but in a separate toilet or in the bathroom. Referring to your bookings; one was prepaid and the second, last minute, booking for 2 people was to be paid on the spot.. The payment and delivery terms have been clear to our staff all the time. Please be aware that there is always a rate difference between single and double occupancy as informed to you upon your arrival.. Once again, thank you so much for letting us be your home away from home for two nights. Despite of the misunderstandings I truly hope that we will see you as our guests again some day.
