I made a reservation for a double bed but what I got was two single beds put together, which was a bit uncomfortable to sleep.

Great location, very close to the city centre and to the central train station that takes you directly to the airport. Great breakfast buffet.

Breakfast a little bit crowded and frantic. On our last night it rained a lot ,the noise of rain dripping onto window frame was loud enough to wake us up and keep us awake , we understand that this is a strange one and not the fault of the hotel but SO loud.

Close to railway station, lovely location next to a park. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Great breakfast options.

Fabulous location, close to the station and main area for restaurants and shops. The receptionists made us feel very welcome, the room was clean and the beds very comfortable with a spotless ensuite with full rain shower and shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was amazing with everything you would want from fish to cheese and ham, fruit and of course hot usually hot breakfast. Would definitely return.

The location, space and the amenities were all great. The gym was excellent. Large in size, well equipped, maintained and even had punching bags and gloves. The staff were very friendly. The restaurant and bar were excellent as well.

Breakfast is very good, the room was nice, the restaurant has really good food. Wifi is working perfectly. Hotel is near the park and 6 min walk to central train station. Near hotel there is metro, tram and train station

Excellent stay! The hotel was excellent in every way. The breakfast was good, and the location is perfect for exploring Helsinki. The spa in the basement was very clean and relaxing — I really enjoyed it. It’s also very easy to travel from here: the airport train is only a few minutes away, and trains to all cities in Finland are close by. There are very good bars and restaurants nearby, plus a nice garden. Despite the central location, the area is quiet and peaceful.

I tried to order a salad for dinner and the employee insisted I had to add a protein on to the salad which I did not want. I had been sick for a couple of days and all I wanted was a salad which I told him and he said I still had to add a protein on to the salad and they couldn’t just give me a salad. I finally agreed and tossed the protein. Seems like they should be able to make a plain salad without adding the meat on to it. I also told him I was vegetarian and that made no difference.

Nothing- it was superb

This is a modern, friendly and wonderful hotel. The staff could not do enough for us and the hotel itself was a highlight of our trip. we had the standard room and although it may have been a little small it was extremely well thought out i.e. night lights to the bathroom and also the most comfortable beds that I have had thus far on my European trip. The location is excellent. You are within 10 to 15 minutes walking distance to all the major attractions of Helsinki as well as facing a beautiful park. The breakfast is also of an excellent high-quality and they also serve wonderful coffee. You would be hard-pressed to find a better hotel at this price point.

We got a superior room with a view but it was not fair to call it a view on the second level as you needed to keep curtains shut for privacy
