There was one thing I really didn't like. The idea is great, that for children the hotel offers coupons so that they can order one drink at the bar/restaurant for free. Of course the idea behind is to entice parents to use the hotel resto/bar. Sokos uses the same trick and as the bartender really made awesome mixes from for kids there - my kids had the expectations for Radisson too. When in fact only coca/fanta/water was offered - feeling was rather the opposite for me and especially for kids. Recommendation: Don't offer these vouchers, then put free lemonade or something in the kids' rooms ;)

There was nothing I didn’t like.

The location is very goos, close to the city center and to the harbour. Friendly staff, excellent room, clean and cozy. It is quiet and comfortable. Great breakfast with many options. We had a lovely stay here.

The receptionists overcharged me, so I'm still waiting for my refund

Great location, close to water, bars and restaurants. A large supermarket within walking distance was the cherry on top. The breakfast was amazing! The restaurant was very stylish and pretty and the dinner menu read beautifully but unfortunately we didn't get a chance to dine in. Staff were very friendly. Partial view of the water was great. Very clean and quiet. We were 4 couples travelling together and got our rooms next to each other and also had a large breakfast reserved for us each morning, so we could seat together, which was great.

Parking is expensive.

Huge room with 2 big king size beds. Very comfortable. Very good breakfast. Nice location. We walked to the main sights from here. There are some good restaurants in the neighborhood. The hotel is close to the ferry harbour for the ferry to Tallin.

The room was quite basic, with a courtyard view, and the constant screaming of seagulls made it difficult to fully relax. On the morning of June 14th, the receptionist in the breakfast area was overly strict and nearly did not allow me in, commenting that my designer kimono looked like a nightgown. This was especially unpleasant since other guests were wearing jogging clothes, while I had full makeup on and looked polished. The situation left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome.

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices and great quality. At check-out, the receptionist was incredibly kind and empathetic. She reassured me by saying I looked wonderful and even gave me a hug after hearing about the breakfast incident, which made me feel much better and left a warm final impression of the hotel.

Although the hotel is positioned right on the seaside, it is quite far from the city center - around 20-25 minutes walk. We didn't mind this, as the city is very walkable but it is something to keep in mind!

We really enjoyed our 1-night stay at Radisson Blu Seaside. The hotel is very modern with a spacious reception and very beautiful views of the sea, We initially had a problem with our room (what it seemed to be a smell of sewage), but the front-desk staff immediately assigned a new room of a superior category, which we really loved for how spacious and beautifully furnished it was. The breakfast was very varied and of a 4* hotel standard. My partner was very impressed with the fact that hotel guests get acces to a state-of-the art gym. The price is unbeatable for Helsinki standards - amazing value for money!

The only real point was that hot water took a long time, maybe 10 minutes, to come through (room 760) and the water pressure is really low so the shower is very gentle. A view of the port / dock would have been nice.

The room was a good size, quiet and very comfortable bed. The breakfast was outstanding, such a range of choices. Staff were incredibly helpful. Gimis has a fairly small menu but the food is very good, portion sizes are just right and the wine list has nice choices.

The hallway to the rooms seemed a little narrow and had to scan the keycards multiple times: Elevator and the door to the hallway. But in general it was amazing!

It was clean and comfy, also in a more quiet neighbourhood and still close to the city centre by tram which is amazing and the view of the water is stunning! Definitely had a great time!

The bar was closed all day. It might be working one day, but there was a private party and I was not allowed to enter.

The breakfast is amazing. There are a high variety of options and all are quite delicious. The location is perfect, not so far from the city center and good walking places along the coast. The room is quite comfortable. The gym is ok. The personnel are friendly and helpful.
