Excellent value for money and would have booked again but was not available. High quality equipment, sizable kitchen, opportunity to wash clothes and very very centrally located. Also a sizable balcony with views to the hills. Parking garage is directly accessible (if not cheap)

The staff at Levi Unna Mannu was very helpful and responsive. Even before the stay, they provided quick responses on transport, local tours and ski rental suggestions. We mistakenly thought reception close time was 7pm when it was 6pm and the staff was not able to get through to me by phone and email so they helped move our luggage to the apartment and came back to the office to give us the keys. The apartment is at a very convenient spot only 5-8 mins walk to chairlift at ZeroPoint and surrounded by restaurants. The supermarket is around 10 mins walk. The apartment size was just right and in fairly new condition. Had sauna in the bathroom and all the kitchen utensils with washing machine powder etc.

Location was too noisy for a family holiday. Also the lights from the street below took time to get used to although blackout curtains were good.

Location was great if you don't mind some noise from the street sometimes late at night. Restaurants and bars are very close. Apartment very spacious and well equipped.

Sofa bed was very uncomfortable and that was just for one person. Not really suitable for more than 4 people but states 6 person apartment.

Apartment was nice, good size. Great kitchen equipment. Balcony was good, sauna very nice. Enjoyed having extras like dishwasher tablets, salt and pepper, bin bags, soap etc.

Area to store the skis was is the parking garage and it was very slippery.

Perfect location for skiing and cross countryskiing and just a small walk to see the nothern lights. The appartement has everything you need to have a great stay. Very good organization to pick up the keys after reception closure! We would for sure come again!

Low hanging light in the centre - kept banging my head! Lighting - mostly low lights and would have liked a light to see in the cupboards better.

In some parts of the apartment, the cleaning could have been a bit better. For example, there was quite a bit of dust under the beds, and in the deep pile carpet there were some small pieces of dirt.

We had a bigger apartment than we originally booked which was great as now no one had to sleep on the couch. The apartment had everything we needed including a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a sauna. The location is right in the village so everything (supermarket, restaurants, activity pick up points) is very close. Would book here again if we visit Levi another time.

Only criticism was the sofabed was really uncomfy and not good quality, however we only stayed for a few nights so coped fine. Kids had the proper beds and they were very comfy.

It was exceptionally clean, had everything you needed from tea towels, toilets rolls washing up liquid, washing powder. It was in the centre of town, short 5 min walk to supermarket. 2 minutes from ski slope. 2 minutes to bus stops. The hotel can arrange for transfers to and from hotel at an extra cost which was flawless It has a drying room for snow suites and a sauna which was excellent. They lend a sledge to all children at no cost. The communication from the receptionist was fantastic, she responded to emails straight away and arranged an extra night for us and organised transfers. I honestly would recommend this property to everyone

Guest have to throw the trash themselves. Perhaps, this is the culture in the local.

Within 200 meters to the ski park. And there are 2 toilet in the apartment! This is super convenient especially to the travellers who travel in group.
