We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The location, the sauna area, the breakfast was pretty good and the licorice balls at reception. The rooms were comfortable.

United StatesIt's little mazy how you get around. The reception is upstairs from the entrance and the rooms are a way off from the reception. The floors are looking exactly the same as you get off the elevator so you need to be careful when exciting. My room had a broken sofa bed that they weren't able to fix whole I stayed there.

GermanyWonderful staff that made us feel welcome after a not so nice experience at Hotel Kämp (concierge personally fetched out luggage from other hotel at no surcharge), rooms are exceptionally clean and feature a nice Nordic modern interior. Stylish lighting system, allowing you to set the mood and control lights perfectly. The in-house breakfast and coffee place (also open to external guests) had great quality items and was reasonably priced. SPA area features steam, sauna and small pool as well as a ice bath - all of which is new and well maintained. Would recommend this hotel as the best one in town (including over Kämp).

Serenity suite was wonderful and very well equipped it’s luxurious bathroom products/ kettle, coffee and teas etc. even a jug for water. Spa was fantastic and staff and service excellent. Location couldn’t be better. Bar is great, with very good drink’s selection. Breakfast also excellent.
