It’s also great to know the bus stop just outside the hotel was helpful during your visit. We sincerely apologize that the room layout and cleanliness did not meet your expectations. Our Smart rooms are compact by design, aimed at efficient overnight stays, but we understand that the tight space and lack of storage in the bathroom can be inconvenient. Your comments about cleaning have also been noted — this is not the level of quality we strive to deliver, and we will address it immediately with our housekeeping team. For future visits, we warmly recommend booking one of our larger Comfort or Deluxe rooms, which offer significantly more space and exterior-facing windows for a more open feel. Our Smart rooms are compact by design, but for future visits, we recommend checking out our Comfort (17 m²) or Deluxe (27 m²) rooms for more space and comfort. Regarding the air conditioning: it's centrally controlled for optimal air quality, and while it can’t be fully switched off, the temperature can be adjusted within a set range.
