• Very friendly and helpful staff. • Spotlessly clean. • Great location. • Secure underground parking with plenty of space.

• During our stay, the World Dog Show was taking place, so most guests were leaving the hotel around 6 AM. Breakfast was included in the room price, but it started much later than the time people needed to leave for the show. The hotel did not provide an early breakfast package — instead, they offered it for an additional fee, which felt a bit odd considering breakfast was already paid for. • The rooms are quite small; with two people and three dogs, it was difficult to move around. • The bathroom and toilet are also very compact.

Rooms were like cupboards, did not feel like great value for money, considering it was also way out of the main city.

The room is very good for one person but for a couple I think you have to think twice As the bed is wide but the space in front of it is too small that almost even a kid can’t walk on it The spa and the pool was not free you to pay 25 € to get access and only for short time

The hotel building is sealed, it's impossible to open room windows. Therefore the ventilation system is permanently on, is quite loud and pushes cold air. Even though the room had a thermostat with an option to switch the ventilation off and / or to increase room temperature, in reality neither was possible. Hence the room was noisy and cold including night time.
