Nothing I disliked, everything was perfect :)

Beautiful hotel, very helpful staff. Easy check in and checkout. Gym was never busy. Food was brilliant. Easy transport links, close to city center and good food and shops in walking distance. Cleaning everyday and cleaning staff are very kind. Room is filled with everything, TV was very modern and easy to use.

The room is very good for one person but for a couple I think you have to think twice As the bed is wide but the space in front of it is too small that almost even a kid can’t walk on it The spa and the pool was not free you to pay 25 € to get access and only for short time

The rule of the 1.5 hours for the wellness facilities. There was my case that I would like to spend more time on them or even in several moments across the day.

The spa and wellness services are really good if you want to rest for some time. Moreover, all the co working facilities are really good.

I didn't particularly like the linen. It made me sweat while feeling cold to the touch. Would be nicer if it was a soft and breathable cotton. Also, besides the glasses and mugs, two little plates would be a nice addition, to also enjoy a snack with one's tea/coffee without having to put it straight on the table or using the wooden "cutting board" that was there. :)

I loved the super helpful staff, spacious room and nice cozy spa. The room was tastefully decorated and furnished, bed and mattress were comfortable,nice slippers and robe were included. Cleaning was daily which made things more comfortable regarding the towels and glasses for drinking. It was also a nice little gesture to have teas and coffee included and all hair/body washes which were really nice quality and didn't irritate the skin.

The room I stayed in was a bit small and the windows of the room could not be opened like the hotel I stayed in in the Netherlands. And unfortunately there are no hotel slippers in the room.

The facility is very clean and new. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is superb, varied, and delicious. The sauna experience on the 7th floor was excellent.

If possible try to avoid rush hours. The wellness area is better if it is not crowded.

Sauna on The roof is great. As well as the whole wellness area. Elo dining waitress Anna was very good at her work. She was smiling and seemed to enjoy her job.

Stayed for three nights and had my room on the second floor, just above the restaurant with street view. Some kitchen noise reached the room (not that bad) but staying three nights on the second floor was quite annoying because had to keep the curtains closed 24/7 to ensure some privacy.

Value for money, nice hotel, modern. The room was small (as expected) but nice.

Too high price for bad selection breakfast, bed takes whole space in room, no place to move around, also bed is kinda built in the wall, so you easily hit your feet with unnecessary details. On 2 floor in the morning our entrance door was all the time making scary sounds while someone else open their doors. Thats creepy and annoying when you want to sleep. On 4 floor nothing like this happened. Spa is very simple, there is nothing much to do. Water is not hot enough to be outside in it. Changing room built stupidly, cuz if you stay there naked everyone can see you if someone enter the doors from both sides.

On working days price is fine, but for weekend its too much. Lovely stuff, comfy blanket, beautiful interior.
