This resort layout didn’t lend itself to be as beach side as others we stayed at, however there are some nice day beds by the ocean, away from the pool to relax in.

Fun slide at the pool, and amazing kids club. The resort has lovely grounds, super friendly staff and comfortable modern rooms. Be sure to book for dinner though!

A beautiful fun resort, great for kids.

We arrived late at night and ordered room service when we arrived. We also tried to get drinks from room service just to get us through the night but were told that they could not provide drinks, only food. We then went to the reception bar which was closed, so then to the restaurant bar which was closing and was told no - we could not order any drinks. This was very distressing as we have young children and just needed a cold drink. There wasn't anything in the minibar either. Eventually after my husband having to be quite firm with the staff , we were able to buy a couple bottles of drink from the onsite store. The day spa was under renovation which was disappointing, instead they used a normal accommodation room, it was clear they had tried to make it nice but it definitely lacked the usual luxe feel of a resort day spa. Despite the prices of the massages ($160 fjd) it was not a very good massage at all.

Resort is approximately 30 minutes from airport. Beautiful grounds and an unexpected upgrade was a nice surprise. Externally it has a very Fiji feel, but inside is quite modern. We were given a much larger room than I had booked. I had booked for 2A and 2C and was given one fold out sofa for the kids to share. This is not an option with my kids so I asked for a rollout, which despite the language barrier with the reception staff, I did end up getting and not having to pay for, despite being told it would cost me an extra $90 a night. The main buffet food was great. The pool and waterslide area is amazing and loved by the kids and adults alike. So many free activities are going on all day for the kids, it really is a reason I would definitely come back again. We did not leave the hotel as we just used it as a 1 day 2 night stopover to go out to the islands. There is so many food and activity options within the resort. On our departure day our transport (which was organised by external company) was delayed, the reception staff were amazing at keeping us all entertained and really made us feel loved.

One day the family pool was not clean, lots of debris but very clean the rest of holiday. The breakfast seating inside was noisy but lovely outside. The bed wasn't firm enough for me but was comfortable for everyone else.

We had a lovely apartment on the third floor with great views to the pools, gardens and sea. The family pool was great for the grandchildren as were the activities. Lovely complex.

The buffet dinner - as above

The room was immaculate and exceeded our expectations. The staff were all super friendly and awesome. The only disappointment was the buffet dinner wasn’t worth the money at all so we ended up dining at the individual restaurants in the complex and they were all awesome. The cocktails were fantastic too. All I would suggest is to improve the buffet standards.

This is a family resort. It looks great for families and kids but it’s not good if you don’t have children. There’s really not much for childless people at the resort aside from the gym and an “adults only” pool which gets its water flowing down from the kid pool and is located right next door.

Clean, friendly staff, good food (the Lebanese is quite nice), has a small but functional gym room.

Sheets on the bed smelled a bit musty, like they were damp or had been sitting in water, other then that there were no issues. Towels provided to the room were not enough for the amount of people and things like face cloths and bath mats were taken and not replaced. However when requests for additional linens were made the service was prompt.

Great breakfast selection, fantastic pool that the kids loved, great activities on throughout the day as well. Rooms were well maintained with good amenities. Staff responded to any requests quickly and service to the room was very prompt.

Room - the room was lovely in that it was big, bright and very clean. You do have to put up the “ make my room” sign every day for it to be made but I think that’s really standard now to save water and waste etc. the only thing we didn’t like, and primarily why I gave it an 8 is the smell on the pillows. All 4 on the bed smelt mouldy and old and wet (I’ve seen comments about this). Most of the activities are catered for the kids and most of the main pool is taken up by the kids. There is an adults only pool which is lovely but you can hear the loud music from the kids side (we were ok with that, but if your not - then I wouldn’t recommended)

So this would be a 10/10 if we were a family travelling with kids. We weren’t, we were a couple. And though we love kids - and didn’t mind it too much, it very much is a family friendly, family first resort. Our absolutely fave part was the sunset deck / specially the cabanas along the beach next to it. We watched the sunset from there twice and we loved it. Honestly I can’t believe more people were not making the most of that. Grab a drink and lay down! It’s so worth it. Pools are good, there are 3. Main, adults and kids. It does get busy in the main pool and you do have to really hustle to save a lounger for yourself before breakfast / as the pools open. No chance of getting a seat after 9am if you don’t pop a towel on it to claim it. Swim up bar is fun! Gym is fantastic. It’s not massive but it was all the equipment you’d want to do a weights session or a cardio. They provide face towels and yoga mats. It can get busy but like most things you need to time it. Buffet breakfast is fantastic. Honestly so much selection!! We didn’t even know what to get cause we couldn’t decide. It can get very busy and loud with kids running around but again please time this.. like before 8am or after 9.30am etc. Staff are FANTASTIC!! They are helpful, friendly and you feel very save and taken care off. Please be nice to them and remember that they are doing there best (a few families were sassy about really silly things like the plates at breakfast took 30 seconds to come back while being cleaned and the kids couldn’t handle it..) and would then be rude to the staff there. They are doing their best and everyone will go over and above and they are paid less than half the cost of a cocktail so just be nice. We didn’t eat at the restaurants on site apart from the buffet so can’t comment. We ate at mamacita (Mexican) the first night at the Wyndham and that was fun. The second night we ate in our room as room service.

Kids club was under Reno and when we dropped the kids off it felt a bit like shambles and unorganised. Could be more people offering drinks around pool so we didn’t have to keep getting up to go to bar (first world problems). Fans were on the same switch in lounge and bedroom which was annoying as kids got cold. But these are minor things in my view.

Resort itself is great!! Beds are so compfy! Room is massive and had more than enough to offer. Even a pod coffee machine and daily pod refills. Food was excellent everywhere we ate at the resort. Activities were awesome. Staff were very accommodating and lovely.

Cleaners were always short a towel or two. Kids did without having a shower on the odd night. Had issues with not being able to control the air con at times. Room service pizza was awful, turned us off future room services. We connected more with the Sheridan staff - who sang us a send off on our last day. I didn’t get that treatment at the Radisson, feel like the staff were friendly but they did not really go that extra effort for us. The gym was underwhelming. Not enough equipment, dbs stopped at 20kg and not enough machines to fully work out each muscle group plus the gym itself was relocated - maybe that was why.

Breakfast was great. The pool was the resorts highlight. Staff were friendly. Cocktail bar / poolside bar was fantastic.

The dinner buffet was very expensive for what you got. We ate at the Italian restaurent one night and the food was much better.

Breakfast buffet, and dinner buffet were ok. I would have expected a little better for the price that we payed to be honest. Room was very comfortable and clean. Anything we asked reception for was done straight away (extra towels, and a refill on the body wash in the shower)

No tea towels or dish washing liquid in unit which would have been handy for coffee cups. Quite a few ants around the cabana area but they were doing pest spraying the night we left so that should sort them out.

Location was brilliant and only 25mins walk to Denerau Harbour . Pools good - good having children’s pools slightly apart from adults only. Staff beautiful and so friendly. Plenty of restaurants. Our favourite was the Italian and also enjoyed teppanyaki one night. Max 6persons only - good fun and lovely food. Air conditioning just right and ceiling fan great as well. Outside balcony nice to enjoy sitting in. Easy to organise activities from reception area and staff great with helping everyone into correct buses/taxis etc. Morning buffet breakfast very enjoyable - missing g it already
