The Bure's bathrooms require some renovation and so does the restaurant area. We did not like the atmosphere at dinner, when in parallel there's the very noisy Happy Hour at the bar with quiz games going on.

The staff is just amazing. Everybody is exceptionally friendly, welcoming ad warmhearted. The staff passing by our Bure would always stop for a small chat and we felt so welcome. The resort is beautiful and so is the beach. The Indian food in the restaurant is delicious, especially the fresh home made Naan. The shop onsite is small but has everything you need including snacks, cool drinks, swimwear, souvenirs and even clothing and accessories.

It's pretty far from anything though pretty easy to catch a local bus. It's full of children. Nobody seems happy. Everyone is asleep by 8 cause there isn't any vibe or realistic activities (daytime included). Breakfast was overly basic. Hard to find staff when needed. Got waterborne/foodborne illness mid trip- the water in the bathroom comes out brown so may have been that but didn't notice it was happening without the lights on.

Location was pretty. Front desk staff was amazing. The staff volleyball team was great! Easy to catch local buses to nearby town. There is a great (and cheap) massage place run by a local woman right outside the property on the left hand side of your waking in.

Pool table - was ok, but was constantly over riden with kids under 12 and unsupervised, mistreating the equipment. Water - when it rained, the water turned brown & smelt funky, was not suitable for brushing teeth,drinking or showering.

disappointing was the snorkeling due to only have a short window with the tide..but that is out of property's control. Did t really enjoy the night entertainment.

Things were broken. We got locked out our room 3 times because the door broke. Luckily we was not in a hurry. The place is a bit run down. Seems like not much has been updated since the 80's.

Staff were so nice. And made huge efforts. Breakfast was actually not too bad. But price point is what you get in comparison to other hotels nearby.

Our air conditioner was leaking, and the staff tried to fix it, but we never heard back after the first attempt. There was also a limited range of drinks, which weren't what I would normally drink.

The pool was amazing, featuring a water slide suitable for all ages, and the food was good. Breakfast was very good, as it was all included in the price. The staff are what make this resort what it is; they are so friendly and ensure your stay is perfect to the best of their ability.

1 staff member, friendly but not good at his job was a let down on our first night when tired and hungry. Sat us and we said we know what we want to order, said will go get his pad, never came back. 30 mins later went to the bar instead ordered a pizza and never went back gor meals aflgain. Ate outside the resort instead. A light was not working, told main desk. Not sorted in our stay. Rooms are run down with back yard fixes to keep it working but only just. Activities towels one was stained with what looked like blood, did not find out until In the ocean on a boat.

Loved the location. The beachfront villa was very nice. Really liked the outdoor shower! Beds very comfortable. Great spot for snorkeling. Staff so lovely, breakfast included was very convenient. Good base for exploring the coast. Plenty of other food options outside the resort if wanted. Great surf break right infront
