Good location. Comfortable lounge and dining area.

Only bathroom and toilet. An extra toilet would have been useful. A new bathroom sink wouldn't go a miss.

The room was clean and parking free. Common area is also clean and spacious. Easy checking in

The bathroom upstairs really needs improvement… way too small.

The accomodation is very centrally located and easy to find. The self check-in went very smoothly.

The bathroom in the 1st floor is quite small and really not suitable for tall people. However, of course you can also use the bathroom in the ground floor. Garbage had to be disposed of by oneself.

The property has spacious, comfortable rooms, a shared kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and a pleasant lounge. Food storage space is above average. It is (as advertised) about ten minutes' walk from downtown, though only once you have worked-out the route through Torshavn's twisting streets. After booking, I was sent a link to the Faroes Tourism website, which provided a wealth of information on public transport, hiking and much else, which was invaluable in planning my visit.

It is a self-catering property, with no meals provided and no contact with the owners, who communicate via a property management company called Vert. It is assumed that guests travel with mobile phones and/or laptops (I don't). Vert's computer system generates a lot of e-mails, some of dubious value. Though it didn't happen to me (at least so far), Vert's terms include provision for fines if the place is not left in pristine condition, which you can't guarantee if other guests leave after you. The room keys are obtained via two codes, one for the front door and one for a key box for your apartment inside. This works more smoothly than I'd feared, but the outer door often rejects the correct code, forcing you to re-enter it. Either a map or Google Maps are a great help with finding the place, which is in a quiet side street out of the centre.

Quiet area, but still very centrally located. Good value for money, cozy rooms and common area. Pleasant cleaning staff!

A bit too little cutlery, but that is not very important :)

Pretty close to major communications (ferry and long distance busses). Buss stop (local-several lines) 100 meters. Close to convient store. Very good value...

    A bit small. Small bath/shover.

A quite well equipped kitchen and a big table to eat, also there is a big couch with a TV. Fantastic view over the city, pretty easy to find and to get in. Some of the windows are pretty old and hard to open but there were new windows outside so I guess they will be replaced pretty soon.

There could be a little more space for each room in the fridge. The house rules are only in Faroese which is pretty useless for most guests. It would be fantastic to have a shelf or closet in the room to put your clothes in when you stay longer. It took me a few days to find the light switch in the hall, haha.

The location is quite central and good value for the money.

Due to the small size of the room the air circulation and smell wasn’t the best. I tried to open windows now and then, but the weather was a bit rough

Central location. Convenient check-in and out. Clean.

Very basic. Shower in a tub where you have to duck when having a shower.

Location was great and rooms good value for money.

Policy about asking guest to take out garbage was weird. It left not a good impression.

Great guesthouse, within a few minutes walk from the centre, on a quiet area with free parking. Smooth self check in and check out. Common kitchen area, great for dining or cooking.

Rooms and toilet facilities feel a bit old and outdated, but they are comfortable and do the trick. No staff, just automated communication.

    Good location, comfortable wide beds

No main light in the room, quite dark (only small bedside lamps). Bad constant smell in one of the bathrooms (from pipes perhaps).

The location is good - city center is close by. Guesthouse has all the equipment you might need for your stay, even for longer visit - like washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is fully equiped. Guesthouse is very clean.

The walls are very thin - so everything from the next door can be heard. Also there was a problem with the locks and keys - they were very old and not working smoothly.

Location was good but hard to find. The signs were so small for the property. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was good

Very poor water pressure in shower …the window wouldn’t open in room…floor coverings were very old & shabby…rubbish all over the entrance of property …I would not stay here again. Too shabby
