  “This was just a stopover, breaking a long drive, however Katy, the receptionist provided such excellent customer service, as you would expect in a 4* hotel! She greeted us with such a positive and friendly manner and dealt with a minor issue (tv) like it was THE most important thing! She was knowledgeable and accommodating with every question. If only all receptionists were like Katy!”
