    “Honestly, do not stay here. I’ve been to farms that have better smells. Upon entering the bedroom, we were greeted with the most vulgar smell we have ever smelt, I can only describe it as rotten egg. This was coming from the bathroom vent. We asked to change rooms and the staff let us do this. The second had the exact same smell coming through the bathroom vent. Stains on the carpet, bed, mould on the walls and filthy bathroom taps. We boiled the water before we even thought about drinking it. Very, very noisy area in a bad neighbourhood. The only positives I can mention about this stay was the free secure (gated) car park and the lovely member of staff at reception.”

    “Great location. Lille isn’t big itself, so everything is very walkable, however there is a subway within 7min walking distance, so that could be very helpful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You feel like everyone is trying to accommodate your needs and requests. My room was upgraded, so it had city view, which was very nice too. I loved the curtains and how dark it was in the morning. It secures you a high quality of sleep. The room is very clean and quite big. The noise cancelling is quite good as well! I was pleasantly surprised to discover a bathrobe, since it’s not something many hotels provide. While the gym isn’t very big, it’s well-equipped and got everything you need. More than enough for a morning workout. I didn’t need to request luggage storage after checkout—it was kindly offered right away.”
