“I would definitely recommend this place and wish we could give it 7 stars rather than just 5. The house, pool, and grounds are lovely and very well maintained as well as spotlessly cleaned. The location is beautiful on the banks of the Dordogne. It is an excellent location to explore some of the highlights of the Dordogne region which are all close by.
The hosts (Delphine and Pierre) were very welcoming and warm, without being intrusive. We had air conditioning and a fan in our room and could open the windows in the evening to get a cool breeze. There are mosquito screens on all of the windows so you could fall asleep listening to the river flowing past at the bottom of the garden.
Breakfast was a daily treat with home grown fruit, home made jams, eggs from the chickens, and fresh bread. A truly beautiful location with outstanding hosts.”
