How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Verified reviewEverything! We stayed here as it's only one stop away from Disneyland. So, location was perfect. The flat is very modern, decorated nicely/ clean and in a safe/quiet neighborhood. The place has everything you need! There are lots of options for restaurants nearby, that would suit everyone's taste. Our host Christophe was very quick to respond and helpful.

Verified reviewThis is an excellent place to stay for a trip to Disneyland Paris. The underground secure parking was a huge draw for us as we had travelled to the area by car. The apartment is located in a new block with a bedroom and single sofa bed and a large balcony terrace. We had everything we could need for a comfortable stay. The position close to Disney and Val d’Europe shopping centre is superb and a visit to the La Vallee Village outlet is a must.

Verified reviewThe apartment was exceptional - owners had gone to great lengths to ensure the apartment was clean, welcoming, and homely. Everything we could possibly need had been provided. The communication from owner was brilliant, provided with instructions regarding arrival, parking and gaining entrance. Location was exactly what we were looking for - close to the train station for Disneyland and Paris. As well as local shops.

Verified reviewThe apartment was clean and well located within walking distance of the train station. The owner was nice and provided good information and suggestions which we appreciated.
The heating didn’t come on early enough in the morning or the afternoon and we were a bit cold. Also the base of the shower unit moves underfoot which is a bit of a slip hazard. Some hand sanitizer in the toilet would be good seeing there is no sink in there to wash your hands (you have to walk through the passage into the bedroom and then into the bathroom to wash your hands).
Hello The apartment is set to hold an indoor temperature equal to 21 degrees c, it was possible to set the thermostat if ever the temperature was not your convenience to the extent reasonable of course.

Verified reviewThe property was really lovely and very well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Communications with the host were excellent and finding our way in was easy. My husband, eight year old daughter and I stayed for four nights and were very comfortable. There are a range of places to eat nearby and an aldi supermarket across the street. The train station into Paris/ Disneyland was a couple of minutes walk away. There is also a giant mall within walking distance if you like shopping. I wouldn't hesitate to book this apartment again.

Had saw all of the amazing reviews before we arrived so I wasn’t surprised :) literally 3 minute walk to train station and then you are one stop to Disney, which is about 2 min on train. Aldi nearby too amongst other restaurants

Verified reviewWe were 3 adults and stayed for 2 nights, it was a very pleasant stay for all of us. The appartment stayed true to the pictures shared. Loved the interior details, the quality furnitures and appliances provided in the appartment contributed to the excellent experience. The host is easily reachable and went the extra mile to ensure we had a great stay. The parking space allocated is big if you have a large car. Appartment is located in a nice residential area with plenty of choice for restaurants. Would not hesitate to stay here again, great value for money.
