The spiral staircase might be tricky depending on your situation Google maps tell you to take a sharp left once you turn off N90 but don’t!! Just continue straight and the road curves around to the house. We scratched our car taking googles route!

The most stunning location with views for days The breakfast is varied and slightly different everyday and cooked fresh by the host! Sitting at breakfast family style with delicious food and great company was the absolute highlight of the trip The host has two adorable and friendly cats

Christelle, you're so warm and wonderfully friendly and we feel so much at home at this beautiful place. It is great that the history & memories of the place is preserved. We fell in love with every inch & corner of your room, we are sure a lot of thoughts and effort have been invested in making this place so warm and restful, thank you for sharing this lovely place with us, we are indeed fortunate that our path in life crossed and hopefully we will meet again. As this an historic building the room is quite dark. Also I would have liked a shower option (the room we stayed in had a bath and it was difficult to use the faucet without making a mess…

Warm welcome by the hosts. Characteristic building and nicely decorated rooms. Large bathroom and chairs in the room. Free access to the garden to enjoy a beer outside. Great breakfast around the family table With all guests together. Lots of attention to details, home made jams, breads/cakes and yoghurts.

Cristelle is wonderful host of this charming 16th century home. We enjoyed staying in the Panorama room with a sweeping view of the valley and mountains. The breakfast was original and varied. Would stay again.

It was fine for us but the only potential downside is the room is up a stone spiral staircase which people with poor mobility might find challenging.

We stumbled on this place. We m just needed a place to stay overnight. But we'd love to come back and stay for longer. It's a gorgeous 16th century french farm. Our room was charming. Breakfast was delicious. And the hosts were wonderful. L

Everything was just perfect!

Great place to stay, I really enjoyed it and regret I had only one night there. Exceptional room and whole building with a 500 years of history. Christelle is a perfect host with whom I enjoyed delicious breakfast. Hope to be able to get back here in future.

A gorgeous and beautifully renovated building, with a very welcoming and sympathetic host. The room was very comfortable and full of extra touches. Breakfast was a treat! A lovely chat over homemade breads, jams and yoghurts. We were just passing through for one night but would happily come back.

Great stay in the most beautiful home. An excellent opportunity to practice french if you're learning, Cristelle is a lovely host! J'espère retourner bientôt!

Two small things could have been better/easier. There were candles in the bathroom, but nothing to light them with. My only other issue was that I had to take special care going up the amazing circular staircase, but Christelle stayed with me the whole way. The stairway wasn't particularly treacherous, I have a bit of a balance problem.

A la Bouge'Hôtes is a very charming Bed and Breakfast, beautifully decorated and wonderfully hosted by Cristelle. The "Chambre Romantique" had the most amazing bath I have ever enjoyed in a hotel or otherwise. Breakfast with Christelle the next morning was delicious, with fresh bread, fruit, a home-baked cake, self-made marmalades, and fabulous coffee. Christelle also took the time to provide us with the background of the amazing 16th-century building and gave us a surprise tip on returning home to Geneva through the French Alpes which we loved. Thank you, Christelle.
