We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesParking was available but was up the hill and required a walk up and down each time you needed access to the car. Breakfast was disappointing, not a good selection, plates were already set out with bread (very dry), it was confusing and there was no one there to help.
Very friendly staff, great location close to everything, parking, pet friendly. The room was comfortable and bathroom seemed newly remodeled.

Excellent staff can’t do enough to help. Comfortable bed,brilliant air conditioning. Dog very welcome, cleaners are excellent. Very close to Grotto 500 mt walk. Very good value.

Clean comfortable room with good air conditioning (essential during the hot spell when I visited) and WiFi. Friendly staff. Convenient location for the Grotto, shops, restaurants etc.

CanadaThe beds were TOO firm! I barely slept at all. Also only two small pillows provided, with two more small ones in the closet. The air conditioning worked well, but also seemed to stop and start all night so that I would be too cold, and then too hot, almost constantly. Coffee at breakfast was terrible. The shower stall is tiny, though typical European.
Fantastic staff, warm and friendly and helpful. Spotlessly clean rooms. Croissants at breakfast were fresh and delicious.
