Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThey don't have room service, so any cleaning has to be done by oneself, which is fine, but would be helpful to know from the start. The shower doors need adjusting as the water leaks from beneath them when any takes a shower, so we used towels to stop that from happening. We did mention it to them, they said they'd look into it. The thermostat is fixed and is controlled centrally so the temp cannot be changed.
The reception team which included Tom, Naomi and others, were all very helpful and always around to help with any questions we had. There were two lifts which is always good, very decent sized room, with a little kitchenette, bathroom very spacious, breakfast had limited but all the basic options and was decent. The breakfast ladies were very polite and helpful as well. The reception and seating area was very nice and had a nice vibe, with a little garden at the back which also had a swing seat. You could refill your water as many times as you wanted from the fountain at reception. They let us check in an hour early and also help us keep our bags safe in the luggage room after check out. There are two metro stations walking distance from the hotel and has multiple bus stops. Only at 27 mins car ride to CDG airport. They also multiple halal food options in the area.

UkraineThe hotel was okay, except for the ceiling, it should be renovated as well as the sound of sewerage. The room was overall clean and nice, the bed was comfortable. But the personnel is the biggest problem, not welcoming and nice ( only some of them).

GermanyThe whole establishment looks to a certain degree somewhat lived-in. The AC could not be regulated and was centrally set to 25 degrees. During the whole stay there was no room service.
Since I had to be in Clichy it has been quite well located. There is a bakery across the street and a 24/7 shop just next to the train station. The room had a stove, fridge and other amenities, so that restaurants are not necessary. However, there are plenty of hotels in the nearby area.

GreeceThere is some noise in the morning when people come and go so for late sleepers maybe this is not ideal.
The room was quite big and clean. The hotel has a nice garden to chill. There are a few nice places around to eat and get coffee if needed and it’s also close to Metro and bus stops.

CroatiaWhat we didn’t like about the property was, first of all, that during breakfast, about an hour before the end of breakfast time, half of the food items were no longer available. Only after asking the staff were the missing items replenished. In the room, we found towels that were not perfectly clean, a small amount of toilet paper, and no slippers were provided. Additionally, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drain throughout our stay.
We appreciated that the property offers a private garage for parking at a fair price, the reception staff were very friendly, and the comfort of the room was excellent. The location is good considering the price, with the nearest metro station about a 7-minute walk away.

Spain.
The location is safe, not loud. The staff was super kind. The room was large, bed was comfortable. The bathroom was smelling a bit because the aspirator was not working properly. Overall good stay. To go to Paris center take the metro 13 which is fast and 12 minutes walking. The area is safe in the night too.

BulgariaThere is no coffee maker in the room. It was a little bit cold in the room, and the heating system was locked to 21 grades. The water from the shower cabin goes out and the floor became very slipy.
The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen furniture was enough. Good location and easy transfers to the center of Paris. There is private parking.
