There were twin beds pushed together & obviously most solo travellers did what I did - take the bed closest to the bathroom. The mattress was noticeably more worn than the other side & the room would benefit from replacing or at least switching over the beds. I thought it was a shame there is no kettle (or even drinking glasses) in the room, and no full length mirror. There is currently (May 2025) some construction going on next to the hotel, which started making some noise fairly early in the morning, but to be honest it didn't really bother me

The hotel is a few minutes walk from the Esplanade de La Defense metro station. Check in instructions were clear and I had no trouble finding the hotel & checking in. The room was extremely basic, which is what I was expecting for the price. Saying that though, the room was a good size, clean and well maintained. The bathroom was clean and the shower is a good size with plenty of hot water. Despite my concerns about how firm the mattresses are (very), the pillows were nice and soft and I slept really well.

It was a bit old furnished and not so clean. The hairdryer did not work and such as the coffee machine. The capsule did not work, it stocked. We asked help and extra capsules but they were not so helpful. Finally we received capsules.

The apartment was very cold. The thermostat displayed 21°C, but it was certainly much lower, and we couldn’t adjust it. No additional heating was available. There were extra city taxes upon arrival (this is mentioned on Booking, but not very clearly visible). If you’re traveling with a stroller, be aware that there is no elevator access for strollers in the evening (after 20:00). You have to carry the stroller down about two floors, from level 0 to -2, in front of the building before entering.

The people working there were very nice. The room was beautiful and clean. The breakfast for 18€ had plenty to offer.

Cleanliness could be better, in one apartment the dishes was dirty at arrival, one knob was falling out, another nob was sticky.

The location is very close to metro like 2 m walk, the yellow line no 1 will take you to everywhere you need , also it is close to Westfield shopping mall which has salmost everything you neef. staff were good, especially Linda and Yasen. The other one that never shared her name was rough to us. In some casess there was no respect.

Accessibility due to location. While near the metro station, there was no ramps from what we could find anyways. We had a buggy and large cases. These are not the fault of the premises. Oh and the city tax added at check in. It was mentioned in the booking but I never read that part. This was my error.

Everything was good. Some TLC needed but overall nothing to complain about. Found it comfy and well equipped. Very clean.

It was impossible to fully close the window in my room, wind was getting through around the window frame, the room was really cold. The AC (heating) was not working at all. My room was supposed to have a hairdryer and a coffee maker and didn't have either.

The bed was quite comfy, room was clean. Location sort of OK, if you're searching for a place to stay close to metro station and La Defense Arena. We also had a breakfast, which was decent and with variety of options.

One of the staff members ( called Pascaline ) was unfriendly and had an unprofessional attitude . The location was unreachable by Uber/ taxi as a lot of construction work around the area . Room cleanliness could have been better

Great spot in the La Défense business district with easy access to central Paris. The apartments are comfortable, well-equipped, and have friendly staff.

The location is not safe late at night , the location is almost dead outside the working hours as it is located in the companies area, and the restaurants there are closed as well There are constructions, so we were waking up on the digging machines at 8 AM. The furniture needs to be renovated

The hotel service is good and employees are friendly. The location is close to metro station. It is pity that there are no many choice about restaurants around the hotel.

The hotel entrance right after entering the code is very smelly. Need more deep vacuum. The Wi-Fi is very slow . I have to depend on my personal Mobile for internet.

My room was in Floor 5, the carpet for not just the apartment but the entire floor smells weird like old cooking oil. It was a bit overwhelming first but we kinda got used to it I guess. Other than that I don’t find any negatives.

Location is right next to metro. Even though it’s away from the city center, the Paris metro is frequent even at late night hours. It was convenient to take the train to all the Paris attractions including Versailles palace. Also the next stop is La Defense which has a Westfield mall connected to the station with good restaurants in the food court. The apartment was spacious and the sofa bed was not uncomfortable for the kids. The utensils in the kitchen was helpful. We had a view of Eiffel Tower in the distance and was great fun for the kids when it was lit up at the night.

Very noisy from outside. The window was not possible to close. The wind made draft and the door then a noise too. Outside are building new building. So the window is very dirty - they dont clean the room during your stay.

Room need handyman to fix and tight up all loose things: sink leaking, kitchen doors not close well, windows cannot stay open by itself, there is no 3-4h of work to fix all what is needed.
