Nice room next to the airport. Practical.

NOISE all night from passing cars, trucks and motorcycles. The traffic continued through early hours of the morning.

It’s good value for a room in a motel which is a 10 minute walk from the airport. Contrary to another post, there is street lighting between the motel and the airport. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was welcome on a hot evening. There was a bathtub but no plug. The shower, however, was excellent. Good, fast WiFi.

Check-in was unacceptable. I arrived on a Sunday during the hours when reception should have been manned. Reception was unmanned and locked. There were a number of notices in the window with phone numbers to contact for out-of-hours check-ins and also a suggestion to enquire at the neighbouring Mercure hotel. The staff at the Mercure were able to help - they knew I was coming and had my room key (€100 credit card reserve as many others have mentioned). Another party with a reservation at the Aerel arrived, also expecting the reception to be manned. A simple communication from Aerel reception to guests with a reservation was all that was required. Unacceptable service!

This is a perfect location for walking to the airport. Basic, but very comfortable, clean and cheap!

The hotel is conveniently located close to Mercure hotel and is on walking distance from the airport: ideal for passengers looking to access the airport on foot. The room are fine for one night stay. The staff was very friendly !

The smell of the room was not great and the staff did not communicate in advance where to pick up the key for a late arrival. This said, all was fixed with a phone call before the arrival time.

Location and value for money. Clean and comfortable

We needed a room no and code as we were not arriving until after reception was closed. Took two phone calls to acquire them.

Perfect location for an overnight layover at Toulouse airport. Only a few hundred meters from the main entrance. Super cheap motel offering, i think, from Mercure Hotel situated next door.

It took €100 for a deposit for a key. However, it didn't give me a full refund back on my card without any explanation or notification. Still charged me around €3. So I disputed with a card company. Be careful!!!!

Convenient to the airport.

I arrived after seven and there was not anyone on site. I was told I would be receiving email instructions for check in. That never happened. The neighboring hotel helped me check in after I wandered around and found someone. They also reserved a taxi for me for the next day. I think I will stay with them next time...

All was as expected. unfortunately the restaurant was closed due to TDF teams using it. Very cheap breakfast, just what needed. Very convenient for the airport. I would use again.
