They had a lovely cleaning/refresher sent, however it was a little strong in 1 of the 2 rooms for our sensitive noses (others might not notice) so not really a bad thing or anything.

Jeorge greeted us very friendly although it was rush hour with everyone arriving around 21:30 on Friday before black Saturday. Bed and shower were super! Value for money and especially located nicely for a good nights rest between travel days. Burger King is right next door for late dinner arrival (21:00) and then shower and bed.

Breakfast is good, but no hot choices (such as scrambled egg). You don't have to go specifically for the breakfast, but all the rest is great!

Very friendly staff at the reception (arrival 23h30). Modern hotel with comfortable rooms. Perfect location for a stopover.

A comfortable and convenient stop-over hotel. Friendly staff. Don't expect spectacular views or walks in the forest. This is a 'close to the highway'-vibe. And there's nothing wrong with that if you're on route... And don't be afraid of the huge Chinese all you can eat place across the street. It's very good too !

The staff were particularly welcoming, and very very helpful. The room was comfy and perfect for what we needed. Breakfast was great too, and the hotel was very dog friendly.

Pictures are slightly misleading, hotel actually looks better in real life. Being recently built some things are new and have to wear in (doors, curtains rails etc.)

Lovely, freshly built hotel that put B&B, Premiere classe, kyriad hotel etc to shame. Great location, working (hey premiere classe!) air conditioning in the room, bedding that doesn't make you feel dirtier than you were before you went to bed (hey premiere classe!), corridors that still smell of new carpets and not cigarette smoke (hey B&B!).

There are no USB ports to charge your telephone and I had not brought my charger. I had a hard time finding the location. It is a very large building, but I found only one sign, far up on the side of the building and only after I crossed a highway and returned. The map program on my iPhone has it located in the middle of a parking lot near the Galleria. Google Maps showed a closer location. However, it would be nice if there were a sign at street level or at least on the side facing the road where you enter. It is directly behind a Burger King, but there is no indication that that is the location, and it looks like an office building from that side. This is not your fault, but it would be good business to make the location know to the mapping services and to find a way to put a sign near the street entrance (you have to go through the Burger King parking lot.) This information is provided for management, and is not intended to imply that there was anything wrong with my stay. Nice hotel, needs signage. Thank you.

This was a very nice hotel. The gentleman at the reception desk spoke both English and French, which was very helpful. He was very accommodating and efficient. The room was super clean, quiet and pleasant.

Very helpful man at check in. Explained everything, where good to eat . How to work air con. Even down to if door a bit stiff just push it, as hotel only 3 months open and wee things starting to show. Lovely.
