I wish the hotel had 24h receptionist, my room was downstairs close to the kitchen which was very noisy while food was prepared for breakfast early in the morning. Help desk only available until 7:30pm

The hotel is in a very quiet location close to la Croisette only couple of minutes walk. My room was clean and the lady on the help desk was very helpful and welcoming.

A very nice and charming little hotel in a vintage style. Breakfast was lovely, served in the hotel’s beautiful garden. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is parking available, but it needs to be reserved in advance. The location is excellent — we hardly used our car.

We had a very good stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and caring. The breakfast was good. The location is amazing – about a 15-minute walk to the city centre (note: it's uphill), but there's also a bus stop nearby. Bus line 2 takes you to the harbour, city centre, and train station for only €1.80 per ride. The room was quiet and comfortable – perfect for a relaxing stay, especially if you come to Cannes for a short stay to see the fireworks! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The only small thing is distance away from centre, up a steep hill; back so with pram in the heat it was challenging!

The property is slightly further away from the front than we might have liked but we were a group of girls wearing heels most of the time and it was easy enough to get taxis and only 20/25 minute walk to the front with less time to small shops and cafes.

The staff were the highlight of our holiday! They were friendly and helpful always wanting to find ways to make our stay better. The rooms were simple but perfect for what we needed and absolutely spotless.

It is about 10 minutes from the main area for bars and restaurants in Cannes with a bit of a hill to walk up. But this does make it lovely and quiet in the evening and at night.

The room, while a little small, was very clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfy and the air conditioning was excellent, especially given the very warm weather when we visited. All of the staff were so welcoming and friendly, especially Marie-Anne. An excellent little hotel, I’d go back!

The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the centre which is not far but it is on a hill! Other guests coming in at night and in the rooms above was very disruptive (my room was on the ground floor close to the front door).

The hotel is very nicely decorated, the room are clean, if a little small! But well-equipped with a mini-fridge with drinks! Location is in a nice quiet area as Cannes is very busy!

Hotel Albert 1e is a very cute hotel, with an authentic French flair. We also liked the breakfast and the fact that there was parking space available at the hotel. The location was good and only 10 minutes' walk from the promenade and beach. We loved Cannes and can recommend a visit there .

The room was well appointed and decorated but small., otherwise everything was great.

We loved this quaint little hotel. The Art Deco vibe was lovely, Xavier our host gave us great recommendations and was friendly and informative. The location was only a short walk to the old town. Lovely breakfast! There is also car parking on site if you have a car.

Not much to say as we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the centre which is not far but it is on a hill so if you are in a wheelchair or are have a stroller you would need to go by car.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was simple, spacious and extremely clean. The hosts were so helpful and friendly they made our stay in Cannes more memorable. One guest was in a wheelchair and the room was fully equipped – plenty of space and an adapted bathroom. The hotel welcomed our little dog which was great. The breakfast was very good. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in Cannes!

We had a wonderful stay! Communication with the host before our arrival was excellent – very clear and friendly, which made check-in smooth and stress-free. The hotel has a lovely artsy design touch, both in the common areas and in the rooms, giving it a unique and welcoming atmosphere. The beds and mattresses were very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The breakfast offered a good variety and quality – definitely a great start to the day. Location-wise, the hotel is within walking distance to the sea and the main promenade in the town center, which made exploring the area super convenient. Parking was also well arranged: there's a paid option right next to the hotel (€12/night), or you can find free spots nearby in the public white-striped zones. The host was very helpful throughout our stay, providing great tips and useful information about the area. Overall, a great experience – we would definitely recommend it!
