How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Lack of storage space and very cramped room. Carpet was stained in places, and curtains had seen better days
The hotel was conveniently located for access to the city with a bus route to the airport just 200 yards away. The air-conditioned room was excellent, and it was most welcomed with temperatures hoovering around 40 degrees Comfortable beds and a very good shower

Room wasnt so clean. It isnt good to arrive by car. Parking around is very expensive

Just a bit more space and somewhere to put clothes in.
Location was ideal. A short walk from the station and then short walk to town centre. Staff VERY friendly and helpful. Room a little small and could do with a cupboard to be able to unpack suitcase for a few nights stay. But comfy cleean and air con great. Breakfast was lovely and coffee great!

Great location. Easy walk to train station, restaurants, grocery store, and the main sites of Toulouse. Friendly staff. Small room, and a little worn, but perfectly satisfactory.

The staff is very friendly, and the room is nice but not very spacious. The location is excellent—just a 2-minute walk from the cathedral.

Location is excellent if arriving via airport with a stop on the shuttle right outside. Staff very welcoming and attentive. Loved the extra touch of complimentary hot and cold drinks in the room and the temperature of hotel made a pleasant stay during some very cold evenings.

beware if you stay there a Saturday night: the hammering basses from a nearby night club will keep you awake until 4am breakfast is very basic

Wifi was not stable. Most of the time we had to use our own cellphone connection. That was a bit frustrated. Warm water was limited. We needed to take care of our shower time.
Location was great. Easy access from the airport bus stop (5min), downtown (10min) and the Central Station (10min). Reception staffs are always very friendly. Room was not big, but enough space for two. Clean and quiet even It's close to the main street. However no view from the room only other buildings wall, which was ok for us. Bed was comfy. Overall we satisfied our stay here.

Noisy bar next door, with terrace noise and music until the early hours
Good location, very central and convenient. Breakfast was good, good range of choices though not a lot of anything, however we had the impression it would be topped up if requested.

The bathroom needed a lttle attention. The water was slow to drain from the shower and the bathroom door didnt close properly
All the staff were wonderful, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very nice with both hot and cold options. Bottled water and coke were provided in the mini bar, free of charge. The hotel location is great for visiting all the highlights of this lovely city. There are plently of good restaurants within a short working distance.

There was only 1 lift but the hotel wasn't too busy when I visited so didn't cause me an issue.
Location was excellent, close to numerous restaurants and also within a few mins walk of Metro station which has both A and B lines travelling through it. The selection for the buffet breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly.

Infrastructure is worn out. Breakfast had limited choice and no fresh veggie.
