Great location and fairly comfortable.

It was a little tired but the price was good.

A very conveniently located hotel, midway between the train station and the city centre, close to supermarkets.

The distribution and numbering of the rooms are a bit confusing and restructured, making it difficult to find them once on the floor. Moreover, there was only an old stove to heat the entire room, which can be problematic in winter. The window frames are also quite old, allowing air to pass through. Additionally, the rooms overlooking the main avenue can be noisy from early in the morning.

Location is good. Coming on weekend is good because parking is free during weekend.

The hotel itself is old, dark, dirty, furniture/doors/windows are worn out, but the biggest problem is mold. When i entered the room i instantly smelled heavy smell of mold. I asked to replace a room, the receptionist try to explain me that it was wet because balcony door was opened. That was not true. Every time you enter either bath room or room (from the corridor) you instantly smell the mold. And i had to breed that stuff the whole night. I was afraid to spend another second in the bath room. So no chance to use bathroom facilities at all Lock on balcony door did not work. Doors and windows old, cheap, warnout pieces. Also internet did not work. I was instructed to use Alexander2 network, but it was not accessible from my room. I tried to use other networks Alexander4, but password was not ok. So end up writing this review from mobile internet

Everything! Spacious room with a comfortable bed but the best is the service. The staff at the Alexander hotel is 5 *****

Location and price

Rather noisy at night but not unexpected for a city centre location. 1st photo is rather misleading as it has no connection to the hotel that I'm aware of.

It was perfect to spend the night in Perpignan. It is not a "last generation" hotel but it has everything I need.
