Thank you to the staff for a lovely stay in Hotel Alizé. The hotel is ideally placed for exploring Evian. The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast delicious. We also ate in the good restaurant attached (as we have previously when in Evian) Staff accommodated our late arrival from our flight to Geneva and meeting up with family. Thank you

Very friendly reception and service, parking can be booked in advance in a nearby car park. Pleasant room, comfortable bed and above all the air conditioning was excellent in hot weather. Location right on the beach with cafes and restaurants. Short walk to the promenade. All in all a lovely experience.

United KingdomOne of the doors/windows in the room would not open. While the ladies who checked me in/out were friendly and helpful, the man who was there when I arrived and asked to leave my bag was surly and grumpy - it wasn't a good first impression.
The location is good - right by the lake. I was able to choose a lovely dual-aspect room with a view out onto and along the lake. Breakfast was satisfactory - I've had better, but also had far worse. The ladies who checked me in were friendly and helpful.

United KingdomParking difficult had to park in the Hilton underground car park a 10 min walk away, not great for luggage and 16 euros a day . Rooms are clean and comfortable but basic , shower almost unusable unless you’re shorter than 5ft . Breakfast also basic . In reality you are paying for location.
Central and close to all the amenities . Customer service was very good, great welcome and attentive staff in the restaurant.

AustraliaThe double room was on the smaller size but adequate. Unfortunately no lift so 2 levels of stairs to negotiate with luggage but we coped fine with staff insisting on helping. Side entrance off first floor landing onto side street was useful when we were leaving.
Perfect location & view. Very clean, comfy bed & pillows & great air conditioning. Having small fridge appreciated. Staff especially the dark haired lady on reception were extremely friendly & helpful.

Was doing a tour round the Lake with a night in Lausanne followed by a night in Evian so we picked this hotel due to how close it was to the ferry location (just across the road). It was a great choice as the hotel is perfect in many ways - location, cost, cleanliness and staff. All of these things were first class.
