Just to say there isn’t a lift - but bags only needed to go up and down once!

Thank you to the staff for a lovely stay in Hotel Alizé. The hotel is ideally placed for exploring Evian. The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast delicious. We also ate in the good restaurant attached (as we have previously when in Evian) Staff accommodated our late arrival from our flight to Geneva and meeting up with family. Thank you

But outdated and the rooms were warm. Plus no lift so luggage has to be carried up.

Location was brilliant but not for parking. Drop your luggage off first and then park. Staff were very helpful.

The ambience of the common areas (lobby and corridor) could be improved.

It was just across the road from the ferry terminal. I had a room facing the lake. The view was priceless.

Breakfast with limited options,, but still reasonably tasty.

Very friendly reception and service, parking can be booked in advance in a nearby car park. Pleasant room, comfortable bed and above all the air conditioning was excellent in hot weather. Location right on the beach with cafes and restaurants. Short walk to the promenade. All in all a lovely experience.

The rooms are not soundproofed so you’ll hear when people go to their rooms at night and leave them in the morning, as well as the conversations in the hallway as if they were happening in front of you. Other than that the hotel was great !

One of the doors/windows in the room would not open. While the ladies who checked me in/out were friendly and helpful, the man who was there when I arrived and asked to leave my bag was surly and grumpy - it wasn't a good first impression.

The location is good - right by the lake. I was able to choose a lovely dual-aspect room with a view out onto and along the lake. Breakfast was satisfactory - I've had better, but also had far worse. The ladies who checked me in were friendly and helpful.

Parking difficult had to park in the Hilton underground car park a 10 min walk away, not great for luggage and 16 euros a day . Rooms are clean and comfortable but basic , shower almost unusable unless you’re shorter than 5ft . Breakfast also basic . In reality you are paying for location.

Central and close to all the amenities . Customer service was very good, great welcome and attentive staff in the restaurant.

Staff carried luggage since no lift and gave detailed instructions about property. Restaurant was also good.

The restaurant was really for pizza.

The location was superb. Directly opposite the ferry to Lausanne. Local buses to train station stop opposite. The staff were all fabulous.

The double room was on the smaller size but adequate. Unfortunately no lift so 2 levels of stairs to negotiate with luggage but we coped fine with staff insisting on helping. Side entrance off first floor landing onto side street was useful when we were leaving.

Perfect location & view. Very clean, comfy bed & pillows & great air conditioning. Having small fridge appreciated. Staff especially the dark haired lady on reception were extremely friendly & helpful.

Was doing a tour round the Lake with a night in Lausanne followed by a night in Evian so we picked this hotel due to how close it was to the ferry location (just across the road). It was a great choice as the hotel is perfect in many ways - location, cost, cleanliness and staff. All of these things were first class.

I think uplifting the room's interior decoration will be good, as I feel it is partly renovated and partly left from the old days

Rooms are a bit basic and not well soundproofed. No elevator.

Excellent location near pedestrian shopping district and across the street from the Ferry terminal and Lake front promenade. Restaurant downstairs is excellent for lunch and dinner and very reasonably priced. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice views of Lake Geneva.

Parking is only possible on the streets around the hotel, which is sometimes a bit challenging.

Loved the location, rooms were comfortable and very quiet, staff was very kind and super helpful. I specifically enjoyed the breakfast selection.
