Fairly new and equipped to a good standard (bathroom etc). Attractive room but of Parisian size. Professional and helpful staff. Overall beats other chains in the same price range

Very friendly staff, extra helpful all around. The location could not be better, 5 min walk from the main train and bus stations and in the heart of the city. The room was confortable, bright, clean and more than met expectations. The breakfast had lots of various items (breads, meats, cheese, fruit, cereals and if course French pastries) and the staff was lovely. Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely room, tastefully decorated with a view of the square across the street - but it was super quiet thanks to some serious double windows. The shower was nice and hot with plenty of hot water. Fluffy towels and nice touches in the room like our own kettle and an old fireplace. There is free coffee, tea, flavoured water and little cakes in the lobby. We left our luggage with the front of house staff while visiting Nancy after checking out. Everyone was super friendly!

The sound through the ceiling was bad. At 2am the people above were making sure I didn’t sleep- very noisy. The staff told me I should have dialed them to sort it out. Next time. I wouldn’t be put off by one bad experience. It’s a good hotel. Photo is in breakfast room.

The location was perfect, the staff were friendly helpful and knowledgeable and the room was great. Hot shower/ bath and comfortable with coffee and tea facilities . Breakfast was comprehensive and excellent.

the hotel is in the heart of the city but still quite. The room has a very nice view. Staff is friendly and you can take free water, coffee and tea from the reception.

Summer travellers should be warned that this is a very old building and there is no air-conditioning in the rooms. We were fortunate to arrive just as a cold front and thunderstorm came through, and there was a fan in the room which helped bring in the cooler air. The street is being repaved, and the entrance to the hotel is not immediately obvious.

The staff are all wonderfully friendly and helpful. The water station in the lobby with cold, cool, and hot water with teas and flavorings was a wonderful feature, plus some tempting little pieces of cake on offer. We appreciated the invitation to help the environment by filling the provided glass bottle with drinking water, using our towels twice, and the unbleached-but-soft toilet paper. Breakfast was a great buffet in a charming basement dining room, well worth the additional charge. Our room turned out to be a sort of suite with extra beds and many pillows. Luggage storage during a day trip was also very welcome.

Parking is a way off and while we were there lots of roadworks so access a challenge. The room was rather small and not hugely clean - stains on the doors and my towel was filthy (on arrival). I asked for a new one which was promised but never came. No aircon - although a big fan which did the job.

Great location, right in the middle of Nancy but really quiet. Great breakfast - really good value for money. Free fizzy water in reception was a nice touch. Good focus on environmental sustainability throughout.

It's very loud, you can hear everything from the other rooms and the room is very very small.

You can hear every noice in your hallway and the rooms above. Falling to sleep was hard because people above us were carrier suitcases and there was a lot of noice. I could even follow their conversation, because the walls are so thin.

We were welcomed bij the most wonderful employee called Mamadou. He was so nice and enthousiastic en made out stay very pleasant. The room was nicely decorated and bathroom and bed were fine! Only stayer for a short night but we enjoyed out stay.
