Room size could have been bigger

The hotel was aesthetic, modern and clean. We lost a luxury leather good in the hotel car park and when we went to reception to check if anything had been handed in they had picked it up to hold it for us which we were so grateful for! Location was great, 15 mins to beach clubs and 20 mins to main town by car.

Staff unfriendly, they almost asked us to do our own table for breakfast, the food is very bad, close at 8pm, nothing in the mini bar in the room. they didn’t clean the room until 3 pm and we were not there we left from 10.30 am, at the pool very poor service, definitely not a 4 star hotel. Rooms are so small. Very limited equipment. Way too expensive for what you get.

I had a truly wonderful experience at Escalet Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond — every single person was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely dedicated to making my stay perfect. Whether it was assisting with recommendations or simply being attentive, their hospitality truly stood out. The hotel is spotless, and every corner feels thoughtfully maintained. The breakfast was delightful — fresh, delicious, and the perfect start to the day. As for the location, it couldn’t be more ideal: just a short drive from Pampelonne Beach and the village of Ramatuelle, with Escalet Beach just a short walk away. It was also very easy to find an Uber, making getting around effortless. Truly a gem — I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Excellent hotel, we really enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly and service minded. Everything was perfect - we will definitely be back! We really liked the boutique hotel feeling with separate entrances to the rooms which made it feel more like a little village. Breakfast buffet by the pool was top.

Sitting at the pool with a glass of of wine and enjoying the last warm evenings of the beginning of fall, was so relaxing. The breakfast was delicious-I got extra milk and bread because of my eating intolerances. Everything was taken care off. Right next to a busy road to the beach, you can hear street noise, room was very small, not a ton of space to hang out comfortably with two ppl. the bathroom set up was a bit awkward with the configuration and how the doors opened

Staff so friendly and accommodating - we arrived late and they were kind to make us a dinner and allow us to swim. The hotel is beautiful, food very good and pool lovely. The room was tight but very nicely decorated and bed comfortable!

No gym

They staff was great! They were very accommodating & helped when I needed an extra room during a sold out night. I loved the pool area and build of the property. I do wish there was a more built out gym. I hope they could build something in doors with water & amenities. There was even a EV charging port for my car! Fantastic!

The hotel entrance/ retaurant a bit boring looking not welcoming. The restaurant area is a bit smelly. Needs a bit renovation. Yet to our surprise rooms were on the contrary. Pool area is nice yet a bit small pool.

Location was great. 5 minute walking to the beach and also to nice cute little town. We stayed in 2 deluxe rooms both are very spacious and good setting and good taste decoration. Hotel staff is very nice. On Friday night there was a very good Jazz live listening with complimentary drinks. Overall we had a very nice stay.

The hotel looks like very charming private Villa. It has very nice pool area. The room was big, fresh and very clean. It was a very pleasant stay! Would love to come back. The stuff is extremely carrying, especially Mustafa!
