Lovely spacious room for our family of 4, quiet despite central location, helpful and friendly staff, parking straightforward although chargeable. So helpful to have basic kitchen facilities such as fridge, microwave, plates, hob. Delicious and varied choice of breakfast.

In general, no problems and everything is according to the description. Location is good, air-conditioning is working, staff is helpful.

Room wasn’t clean on arrival. Floor was dirty and dust on surfaces. Only one lift.

Air conditioning was a little weak.

We were in 307 and it was spacious and had an incredible view of the river and the theatre next door. We only stayed one night, but would have been more than comfortable staying for several. The main bed was really comfortable, but the pull out was slightly less suitable for our older teen. Great for younger children though, I'm sure. Air con was a sweet relief in the hot weather, but even on the highest setting it didnt give that blast of cool air we were craving. We did cool down enough to sleep well though. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend as a central base for exploring the city!

Some complimentary tea and coffee as you would find in most hotels would have been nice. Secure parking was very limited. Get there early if you want a space.

Convenient location with an easy walk to the centre. Quite spacious, easily accommodating a family of four. It was clean and the staff were very helpful.

Only 1 lift.

Aparthotel Adagio Access Rouen Centre Cathédrale studio apartments were clean, modern, and based right in the heart of Rouen, close to the cathedral, metro stop and old town. It was Ideal for our 3 day stay. The room had a kitchenette, good fridge and comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent. There is a supermarket very close by and the view overlooking the River Seine was lovely. The laundry down stairs was easy to use once you had the app. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

We had great difficulties gaining entrance to the parking facilities. It became very frustrating.

Breakfast was lovely. We were only the one night so we were unable to make full use of the facilities in the apartment; Had we realised that the Novotel was in the same building and used the same restaurant for breakfast we would probably have stayed there

Really clean, parking underground, central location and the most impressive breakfast buffet I’ve seen in a hotel in years!! The room’s facilities are very new, you could easily cook if you wanted.

The location is very close to the city centre, with a walkable distance to major tourist sites and spots. Can find public car-parking nearby or park inside the hotel, though the hotel parking fee is expensive (19 Euro). The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is superb with a very wide variety of food, and all are delicious. The drinking water machine is in the hotel lobby.

Parking is underground and very tight, as well as being 19€ a day so not cheap

We liked everything

The staff were super helpful and friendly. We had a family room which was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was great. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the Rue Saint Romain and cathedral which are well worth visiting.
