The common room is very worn out from lots of use. Didn’t matter to us as we didn’t use it.

Great place to stay! Very nice and helpful staff, ready to support you on anything you need. Rooms are spacious, clean and warm, comfortable beds. Great location - ski in/out (but only black slope for skiing-in), bus stop just in front of the hotel.

The shower flooded because nobody had cleared the drain so need to make sure this is done regularly Also only one pillow per person which think you should have 2 per person per room available

There was no place to dry the ski boots, the heated ski and ski boots lockers available for each room were not under power and so not heated at all. In the room the towel rack that was supposed to heat the bathroom and dry the towel did not work.

The property is perfectly located for ski lovers, it was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We have very much enjoyed the afternoon tea and coffee with fresh fruit and a cake, what a brilliant and simple idea after the whole day on the ski.

Excellent location right on the slopes. we had half board and the food was nothing fancy but good and rich in volume for tired skiers.

Expedition Cobra ride : we waited in line for 45 min, and the lady came to say that we might not have tickets left. We waited another 5 min in cold to find out that the tickets are sold out. There were 20 people after ua as well. Such a lame way to manage the customers.

The snow quality is good There are not a lot of queues at lifts In Apex2100, there is a game room with table tennis, billards and fooseball. It’s really good to spend some time there. There was also 4pm tea time with cakes and fruits. Great!

This is a hotel for serious skiers and families. The building is so new that some final finishes may yet to be completed. If you want a fancy lounge area and bar for socialising apres ski then this hotel might not be for you.

Fantastic location on the snow with upfront views of the ski slopes. During our stay it was ski in and ski out despite no significant snow falls in over a month. The staff were fabulous. The rooms are spacious with lots of hanging space. The showers are large and the water hot. There was a wide variety of food for breakfast. The dinner option is definitely worth taking up.

Only request i would make is to have tea and coffee facilities in the room rather than in the dinning area.

Breakfast was perfect - efficient, full hot breakfast, and healthy options: fruit, muesli, and fruit. A great view at breakfast and super friendly staff. Lovely! Rooms were super clean and a great size - larger than most hotels, and the location was 10m from the piste and 3 chairs / telecabines - a walk across the road. Ski lockers provided on the exit level. All great - no negatives.

The only thing we missed, maybe because we didn't ask for it, was a place to have our takeaway dinners. We ate in our room and it was not extremely comfortable. Other than that, the room and the hotel are fantastic.

Roni is an excellent manager. Everything we asked was addressed almost instantly. Roni was always ready to answer our questions about the neighborhood. The hotel is ski in and ski out and there is a bus stop across the street from the entrance.  The location is within 10 min walk to anything in Lavachete. The room is spacious and well-lit.

Evening meal was average, limited choice, white or red wine, but no beers and soft drinks were were in short supply.

Breakfast was ok with a choice of cereals, fruit, yogurt, breads and a hot cooked option, rooms were well kept, excellent shower, overall the facility was very clean and well maintained
