We had a great experience staying in Chamonix. The apartment offered everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. Pros: The location is fantastic – just a short walk from the train and bus stations, the Aiguille du Midi cable car, and the town center. Perfect for exploring Chamonix! The living room was spacious, with a well-equipped kitchenette that made it easy to prepare meals. We loved the balcony, which had a table and chairs and offered a breathtaking view of the mountains and glacier. A perfect spot to relax after a day of hiking or skiing.

There was no sink in the toilet, which was a bit inconvenient. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, which detracted slightly from the overall comfort. The sink in the bathroom was mounted too high, making it uncomfortable to use. The bedroom was quite small and cramped, with a bunk bed that wasn’t ideal for adults. Despite these minor issues, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this accommodation for its excellent location and beautiful views.

It’s about the location with this apartment, it is extremely handy for everything. The overall apartment is comfortable and has everything you need. Very homely. It has lots of extra appliances. If I was being very critical some parts are old and tired/ a little worn out. But some parts were very modern. It was very handy to have a lift to help get your belongings upstairs. We drive an SUV and had top box fitted which would not fit in the underground car park. We emptied the top box, detached it and took it up to the apartment as we were there for 3 nights. There is limited parking outside the block within the parking barrier. Very helpful as it is all free because it is expensive to park in Chamonix. You have to enter the property first to get the barrier fob, then park. The owners were very helpful through messages and always responded. We would stay again and recommend with an honest opinion - then you know what to expect.

There was a strong fishy smell in the property, I think lingering in the living room curtains. The main bedroom was extremely dark, the ceiling lights did not work. The sofa bed sheet was dirty. We still enjoyed our stay.

Location was good. Kitchen had everything. Great views.

Check in was hard, we went to wrong door. Needs a short video. Ran out of loo paper. Wifi very slow.

A number of items not supplied (eg soap, toilet paper, rubbish bags), several things broken and unusable (dining chairs). These were eventually supplied/replaced. The second bedroom was so small that no luggage would fit hence most of our luggage ended up in the living room. It was not suitable for our family of 5 - though is advertised as ‘sleeps 6’. There is no ski store room. The bathroom sink is very high (above the washing machine) so as an average height person I found it difficult to use. If your expectations are quite low, then this place will be fine for you.

A few things need to be fixed, the top shower head is not working, light in the toilets is switching off after a few seconds, details to find the garbage area could be a bit better

No lights in lobby, lift not working, no lights in stairwell to apartment - I almost had a nasty fall on stairwell in dark as leaving.

The communal area was quite grim. The second bedroom with bunk beds was disappointing and small for two teenage boys.

The flat was so cold! Despite our repetitive warns to the owner did not change the heat and the radiators were lukewarm for only half an hour in the mornings. No one can stay when a flat is not heated.
