Meals not provided at this property. It is self catering. Excellent, well equipped kitchen with all equipment you will require. Brought own frozen meal from home which we re heated. Pan au raisin for breakfast. Bring your own wine, milk and extra teabags. Coffee bags for supplied machine supplied. Very nice bathroom with towels supplied. Patio door (guarded by railing). There are two entrances to the block. Use left hand door. Lift to second floor. Appt. No. 10 Met by host who offered assistance with bags (not needed as it was overnight stay) and chatted with us. Recognised us from previous stays en route to Spain. Probably restaurants in town if required. Just 115 miles from Calais.

Very clear instructions for getting the key. Hosts were very helpful in messages prior to arrival. The apartment is so clean and is well-equipped. It has everything you need including tea and coffee.

We made an immediate booking and asked for checkin in less than 1 hour. they confirmed and replied fast. Great man speaks good English and was very helpful.

For the price, nothing. It’s a shame it does not have a veranda outside the patio doors, but hey let’s be realistic.

Pleasant location in small park. Part of an apartment block. Nice outlook from apartment. Easy access (use entrance to left of the building). Well equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee machine with pods, tea bags, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, dish washer I think (which we didn’t use). Large patio door with outside safety rail (second floor with lift). Brought our own semi-prepared meal from home although I suspect there would be a restaurant not too far away, but why not use a perfect kitchen. Also table, chairs, sofa. Good bathroom. Comfy bed. TV. Very clean. Easy parking. Second stay with third booked for August. Location found on sat nav which ours found with no problem. Recommended.

No toilet roll! Close to a factory. Kettle had lots of limescale.

Well decorated and nicely finished. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen with little extras such as tea and cakes. Quiet location but close to main travel networks.

So clean. Had everything provided for a comfortable stay. Full kitchen equipment with tea and coffee and pain au chocolates provided. Very easy instructions to get the key.

Nothing. Bed very comfy. We are used to a very big bed but slept well after a long drive from Wales.

This is a private apartment not a hotel. Meals not provided. List of local eateries in apartment but an address for them would help. BUT the kitchen was superb, spotless, with washing machine, dish washer, big fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine with pods, tea bags, sugar, cutlery, crockery, kitchen utensils, the lot. Bathroom was excellent with quality white goods. Bed comfy plus a sofa, table and chairs, TV, and homely bits and pieces. Free WiFi. Clean as a new pin. Set in pleasant small parkland surroundings amongst nice houses. The pictures on Booking.com do not do it justice. Access to appt. In French, but we are in France and schoolboy/girl French will get you there. One point. Access to the Apartment is via the left hand entrance not the right. Host rescued us. Free easy parking. Sat Nav will get you there with no problems. Must stay here again.

You are located right next to a big polluting factory. I don’t understand why nobody in the reviews is talking about it. You literally look at the big chimney from the Appartement. The air quality in Roye is very poor because of it. The smell made us sick. Feels like an Erin Brockovich movie.

We paid little money (56 euro) for this well equipped studio. It was a pleasant stay and not far from the high way.

The washing machine did not work. I had only one night and the owner did not respond to my messages until after l arrived and then told me that the washing machine was not working. He was not friendly or helpful but told me to use the public washing machine in town 😡 so I spend the whole evening trying to find a laundry and waiting for availability plus extra expenses
