A compact apartment! Not really enough space for two people to sit comfortably (unless on the bed.) The apartment block was also tricky to find in the old city (but that's a problem with Google!) and it was a bit of a struggle to get in through the external gate (we arrived after 7pm), find the very small lock box, get into the apartment block and finally the apartment itself. But all of the information was given in the email from the host; it just took a little while to follow through.

The appartment is worse than it showed on the photos. The hostess was unpleasant blaiming me for not understanding a mistake she had made.

Location good, not the best if you come by car but parking is available not too far away and all was very well explained by the host.

The owner was very helpful when I called her to ask for help to operate the key safe. The studio was perfectly situated for a short break and the view of the spires of the Palais du Papes was beautiful.

It was great overall but the bed.. it wasn’t the most comfortable but not a big deal at all.

It had everything you need for a short stay. And the host was amazing, responding immediately, so very helpful. There was a lot of information/instructions shared once booked but almost like a fun adventure feeling like being on the amazing race getting all the clues (we booked the parking as well so card pick up was in a different location) - all in all pretty super clear. Read all in detail as we missed where the lock box is for apt keys and spent a minute to find it with the help of a neighbor, but again.. it’s all in the write up, we just missed it. LOVE the location. It is a cozy, lovely apartment, with a TV, kitchen, utensils, bathroom products and so much more. The bathroom is a good size and really clean. If you have a car I highly recommend the parking they offer! 8€/night, but make sure to request it beforehand and pay in advance. Noise level was very low.. no traffic and just a little something from corridor and neighbors which is great!

There were no pillows, only two cushions. when I got to the room, by 10pm, I sent a message to the host Stephanie asking about the pillows and she was very rude. But after reading the comments here, I realize that she is always rude when someone complains about anything… and the typical answer is “I am not a hotel”. Don’t recomend it. Just a detail: I use these kind of accomodation for more than 8 years and never had a problem before. This was the worst room, but more than that, the worst host behavior… what a pitty

I loved this place ... so clean so very nice decorated with a very comfortable bed . The view is superb over the Popes Palace and the location is brilliant . A very good small kitchen with everything one may need. Very easy access to the keys and the owner so very nice and helpful always available . I will stay here again for sure. Stephanie is an extremely attentive amd thoughtful host - we had trouble with our bank card not working properly for cash withdrawals during our stay in Avignon and she truly went above and beyond to help us out. She was clearly very concerned for all of her guests' comfort during their stays. Well-equipped, very clean apartment in a great location - highly recommend.
