How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The appartment is worse than it showed on the photos. The hostess was unpleasant blaiming me for not understanding a mistake she had made.
I made no mistake. You didn’t respected the schedules and have taken 2 parking cards instead of one. And you give a bad review because I dared to tell you that. SCHEDULES : when a costumer needs to come sooner than the contract, the least he has to do is to ask us before if he is allowed to, please, thanks. Our work is very complicated to organise cleaning up and many other things so we absolutely need that costumers communicate about schedules if he requires more than planned in the contract.

Verified reviewIt had everything you need for a short stay. And the host was amazing, responding immediately, so very helpful. There was a lot of information/instructions shared once booked but almost like a fun adventure feeling like being on the amazing race getting all the clues (we booked the parking as well so card pick up was in a different location) - all in all pretty super clear. Read all in detail as we missed where the lock box is for apt keys and spent a minute to find it with the help of a neighbor, but again.. it’s all in the write up, we just missed it. LOVE the location. It is a cozy, lovely apartment, with a TV, kitchen, utensils, bathroom products and so much more. The bathroom is a good size and really clean. If you have a car I highly recommend the parking they offer! 8€/night, but make sure to request it beforehand and pay in advance. Noise level was very low.. no traffic and just a little something from corridor and neighbors which is great!
It was great overall but the bed.. it wasn’t the most comfortable but not a big deal at all.

There were no pillows, only two cushions. when I got to the room, by 10pm, I sent a message to the host Stephanie asking about the pillows and she was very rude. But after reading the comments here, I realize that she is always rude when someone complains about anything… and the typical answer is “I am not a hotel”. Don’t recomend it. Just a detail: I use these kind of accomodation for more than 8 years and never had a problem before. This was the worst room, but more than that, the worst host behavior… what a pitty
I have never had any complain from costumers about the pillows which are really pillows (never since 2014). I am afraid that’s not me who is being rude when you complain about pillows at 10pm (further they really are pillows so I don’t understand your relentlessness) And may I remind you, dear costumer, that you also required information about parkings on arrival at past 8pm, info that I had already sent before… I replied to help even if it was so late. Are you sure that it is me who is rude… I am not sure even a hôtel agree to give you info about parkings at the minute you ask on arrival at past 8pm…

A compact apartment! Not really enough space for two people to sit comfortably (unless on the bed.) The apartment block was also tricky to find in the old city (but that's a problem with Google!) and it was a bit of a struggle to get in through the external gate (we arrived after 7pm), find the very small lock box, get into the apartment block and finally the apartment itself. But all of the information was given in the email from the host; it just took a little while to follow through.

A very good small kitchen with everything one may need. Very easy access to the keys and the owner so very nice and helpful always available . I will stay here again for sure.
