The outdoor furniture wasn't that comfortable, but that's a minor point amongst lots of positives.

Fabrice was excellent in all ways - superb communication & extremely helpful. The apartment was in a brilliant location to access Chamonix, and it had first class facilities.

Comfortable beds and seating area. Well equipped kitchen and good size living space. Underground parking was a bonus though a bit tight. Fabulous location right in the center of Chamonix.

we really had a great stay. My only suggestion would be a fan for each bedroom. There was one fan which was great because it was hot during the day and didn't cool off too much at night. I realize the country is in a heat wave so this might be unsual weather. Not a big deal just a suggestion! I did have personal fan that I carry with me so that helped.

It was a little tricky trying to find the location because I did not receive the message from What's App (I am not too familiar with it) but we contacted Fabrice and he was quick to respond to help us get in. The location is great once you are at the apartment. Easy walk to all the shops and restaurants. IT was a quiet location as well. We also enjoyed the little yard and table and chairs. The kitchen had everything one would need. Would definitely return to Fabrice's rental.

The absolute perfect accommodation for a Chamonix stay. Location could not be better - everything including bars, restaurants and excursions was in walking distance. Car parking space an added bonus as car hire is cheaper than return airport transfers. Instructions for check-in and check-out were so clear and the video really helpful. The long list of facilities just shows the attention to detail for guests. Will definitely return here when returning to Chamonix.

The house was beautiful and had all the appliances, beds were comfortable. The Host Fabrice is very helpful and gave clear instructions for check in and check out.

Fabrice was very helpful every step of the way. We drove from Geneva to Chamonix and with his step-by-step directions we found that it was pretty simple to find the keys and the parking garage and the apartment. We were traveling for a ski trip with our two teenage kids, and this apartment was perfect for us. It felt like a safe area, it was close to all of the shopping and restaurants, and it was a short walk to the bus stop for the lifts.

The ski lift is a bit of an arduous walk up a steep hill, or a bus away. This is more a resort issue as opposed to the accomodation. Recommend walking the flat walk to Savoy lift and getting the button up to the gondola.

Fantastic central location for the town The ski lockers were handy once you get the rhythm down and the loft system. Note .. the door codes and keys work for all of the blocks.

The rubbish disposal is offsite - this has nothing to do with Fabrice, but may be considered inconvenient by some.

An absolutely perfect location. The apartment was huge by Chamonix standards too. A great layout with a modern kitchen and a small balcony overlooking the mountains. A smart TV with the usual streaming services and everything was nice and quiet. Would easily recommend Fabrice's place to anyone considering staying.

We were unable to adjust the aircon despite following instructions but this was a minor issue.

A lovely spacious apartment in a perfect central position with a very nice balcony & outlook. Very comfortable. The second bedroom was small which was fine for us but 2 adults would find it squeezy.
