Probably the most dirty hotel I have ever stayed. The bedsheets were clean but overall the apartment and the common areas were very dirty. If you prefer a good location, and it is only for one night and close your eyes for the remaining, you will survive :-)

The owners of the hotel were nice and a very good location. I was there with a colleague for the Festival of Cannes. As we reserved very very late, this was the only place available in walking distance. So location-wise perfect.

My first room had 4 beds so I asked for a change. Room 1: Too noisy outside and inside too. A baby cried most part of my short night. Room 2: No water, bad cleaning, too hot, no air conditioning. Impossible to open the windows because all the air conditioning systems were gathered close to my windows. Stairs: For a 2 stars hotel, I cannot beleive that, it was so dirty...

For those who want to go to Cannes Film Festival, this location is perfect very close to the festival Palace and all events. Only 4 minutes walk. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

It desperately needs a total refurbishment, nothing looks or gets clean. Not to mention the holes in walls, ceilings and doors.

Astronomical prices for a disaster of a stay. Holes in the walls, broken shower floors, room floor never got clean. A last resort if you want to be in the centre of Cannes and there are zero other options. But be warned.

The worst Hotel ever, like in a Horror Movie. The room was a mess but quite ok for the price, but the shower was cold and the wlan a mess. The most annoying thing was the staff. There was nobody to catch, a need a call to come in at night and on the other days there was no one to catch or speak. But the most cruel thing was that on of the Crew was knocking at the door at night (after 10pm) and can´t speak english, so I dont know who he was and he came into my room to talk to me. I was afraid and shocked. Cant sleep the whole night after the incident. Don´t check in, run as fast as you can.

As soon as we arrived the hotel was closed, we had to call to a phone number asking to have a person there. The hotel was smelling very bad. The rooms were not clean at all. The water from the shower was cold. Last but not least, i asked the invoice to the person there and he promised to send it to me the same day: i have never receive it!

there wasn’t any personal at all, they were disappeared . Dirtiness , old furniture, non english speakers… no wifi, no cleaning service

This is what to expect: -very old and smelly room. -the hall is dirty and smoky. -no soap in the bathroom. -barely warm water. -no bedside table, had to put my glasses on the floor. - only 1 big towel for 2 people. -no air conditioner control, it was freezing cold. -broken lamps. -weak wifi signal. -paint peeled of the walls.

+the location, close to the seaside. If you're coming to Cannes for the fireworks festival it'll be convenient to just have a walk to the venue. Also if you like to party and don't plan to stay in the room for a long time.

No visible reception, had to call on mobile to be let in (however response was quick). Very poor accessibility - no lift and small staircase.

Location excellent,temperature and room was comfortable. Room got good sunlight during the day and lighting was good. Cleaning was good, clean towels provided every day with shampoo / soap.

One of the lousiest hotel I've ever slept in. The reception was almost always staffless and we had to rely on the owner of a nearby shop for help. The room was dirty, the furniture old, the safer didn't work, the shutters were missing (we checked the facade and most other rooms had them), the water in the shower was barely tepid, and at night people were running in the corridors knocking randomly at doors. At our arrival, nobody was present and we had to wait in the heat for long; likewise, for the check-out we had to hand our key to the aforementioned shop owner. Finally, the room key had to be reset every day, which was quite inconvenient whenever we came back late. Zero professionality and zero comfort! The whole could have been fine for a youth hostel, but for a two-star room in central Cannes at that price it was definitely a scam!

I've spent 7 nights at this hotel and had a great time. It is a simple, non luxurious hotel but the staff is amazing, very friendly and always ready to help. The beach, restaurants, and stores are all in the proximity (5mn walk). I recommend this hotel if you have a low budget, you can save some money to have fun in Cannes.

Very dirty and everything seemed to be broken. We had people walking in our room and knocking in the middle of the night for no reason. Wifi sucked. Our room didn’t have towels or bedsheets and we never saw anyone from management since we checked-in. Don’t come here.
