United KingdomRenovations not being done to a good standard. We stayed in novotel Valencia also which has been refitted in exactly the same style but to a much higher quality of workmanship. Here, the bedside lights pulled out of the walls when using them, there’s exposed wiring in places, shower rails not fitted straight. If I was novotel management I’d be asking for a discount from the fitters.
Great location next to the arena. Good secure underground parking. Just drive up to the gate and press the call button. They will open remotely to let you in. Currently being renovated so a bit dusty in places but will be nice when finished.

United KingdomGetting stuck in the garage; I used the room card to open the exit, put my room card into the box as requested, but my husband didn’t manage to negotiate the rather tight bend to exit. No exit for the car without the room card and no way of getting back upstairs to the hotel without it either. I managed to lean through the exit to phone for the exit to be opened. We did wonder how often this happens…………..
The hotel is very conveniently situated. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very good and the provision of two coffee machines was excellent - other hotels should copy this.

SerbiaThe ac was too strong so we opened the window but there was too much noise coming from the children’s area in the park, even at midnight we could hear children screaming and parents trying to make them go home, sweet but a bit too late even for summer nights.

This is a purpose built hotel but functions extremely well. The location is good although the adjacent park is home to a few less fortunate people. The room size is good and the bed comfortable. The shower worked well, it is over bath if that’s a problem to you. Staff were helpful and the underground parking worked well. We had a fairly large vehicle and manoeuvring was fine. Good value for money for a couple of days. Plenty of restaurants up the pedestrian area opposite.
