My stay was completely ruined due to a severe bedbug infestation. I stayed in Room 85 and discovered a large bedbug under the pillow as well as on the curtains. Unfortunately, I suffered multiple bites that left my arms badly swollen. The swelling and subsequent scarring were so severe that I couldn’t even wear a half-sleeve top for the rest of my trip. This was extremely distressing and unacceptable for any hotel stay. I hope management addresses this issue immediately to prevent future guests from experiencing the same.

The room itself was decent, with a comfortable bathroom, adequate toiletries, and plenty of towels. The location is convenient, especially for transfers, with a metro station nearby.

There were few things but not sure if it were because of the booking or just an unlucky timing. M12 was not working at the time we stayed, so we had to walk a lot. Our room at 1st floor looked right at the intersection, so there was a lot of street noise. We had to pay cash as the card terminal was not working or offline.

The room was small, the furniture was old, on the hallway the carpets had some holes in them. However, it was relatively cheap and there were no complications during my stay.

I think the word "pleasant" fits very well for my experience, for a three night stay in Paris when we basically were out in the city the whole time and only stayed in the hotel for the night. For this purpose this hotel is fitting. We had a private bathroom, a comfortable bed, the staff was polite, the rooms and the bathroom were cleaned daily. If you don't mind the old and unmodern aesthetic of the interior and furniture and a small size of the room, it is certainly not a bad choice, but nothing to write home about.

The hotel is not well maintained. Thankfully, the front desk staff were very helpful and upgraded us to a room with air conditioning due to the Paris heatwave. Unfortunately, the upgraded room smelled strongly of cigarettes — like staying in an ashtray. Since it was either that or a room without AC, we chose the first option. We had two rooms, and only one had the odor issue. It was just one night, so we're glad it's behind us. It seems they may be in the process of replacing the carpet, so hopefully that will help. The location is great, and the staff were kind and responsive, so I really hope things improve soon.

Not close to main attractions, need to use at least 2 often 3 metro lines to reach attractions. Shower was very small and the room and bathroom were a bit run down. Pillow was also very small.

Room was small but comfortable and had a nice balcony and view. Appreciated there being a lift and staff were helpful and responsive.

The hotel is very dated & in need of a good overhaul. Nothing like the online photos The carpets are very worn & stained There was no mini fridge in our room & no Kertle for coffee or tea. Terrible pillows like cotton balls had to roll mine to get some solid surface

With google Maps, it was easy to get around and saw all the tourist sites it's central enough but not swamped with tourists. Beds were comfy & there is an elevator Great restaurants, a pharmacies & grocery store all within the block. Highly recommend getting the weekday navigation pass at the train office in airport. 1 price for all buses, trams & trains. Good from mon-sund.. We got ours and used from the we'd to sun

A kettle and some coffee in the room would have been good. The hotel was unable (or unwilling) to store a 1 ft square bag for the day which was inconvenient. And unfortunately unlike the check in experience, the gentlemen on the checkout in the morning was far from approachable

Simple room with bathroom. Pillows were the best and not those silly square euo pillows (important if you are over 6 ft tall and the square ones make your feet hang out the bed). The gentlemen checking me in was fun and made the process enjoyable even when he pretended not to have my booking but then burst into laughter - a welcome change to normal stuffy checkin's.

Staff was not cooperative plus property was not clean. They gave us room in different building.

They did not give us room in same building . When we ask them to give us internet they refused and ask extra money. When we show them detail they gave us internet but after long conversation.
