Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomLimited kitchen equipment so couldn’t cook much - just hob and microwave. Site itself is very tired and could do with a revamp. Tennis courts and crazy golf well worn. Staff tired to be helpful but didn’t speak Much English and no signs in English either - our problem not theirs but would be helpful. Also kids club is only for over 6 so neither of our girls could go. Didn’t say that when we booked.
The apartment itself was basic but spacious. 3 beds with a separate bathroom/toilet and an extra sink was useful. Greta base to visit the area. Pool was lovely.

United KingdomMaybe it's because it wasn't really peak season when we were there, but the grounds need some attention. The tennis courts needed wedding and just generally the park needs some tidying up.
This is a great little holiday park, but it does need a little bit of tlc. The staff were amazing! Just so friendly, welcoming and helpful. We couldn't praise them enough, they made such a difference to the stay. The chalet we had was well appointed, spotlessly clean and pretty comfortable. You can order fresh bread daily from reception, which is delivered the following morning. There are two tennis courts and a really decent size pool, a putting golf course and a table tennis table. The bar on site was open and there's a restaurant too. We liked that the park is attempting to be environmentally friendly. You can walk easily into town and to the Fort and its a good base for exploring further afield too.

FranceThe settee was a pull down bed and not very comfortable or big enough for 4 people to sit on. Need another couple of easy chairs.
Clean, spacious accommodation and quiet location.

United KingdomComfortable practical apartment Staff were very helpful and stayed on a little later to help us check in after we were held up by bad weather on our journey. It was very much appreciated. Complex has everything you need- laundry, bar, swimming pool, tennis courts. Lovely quiet setting close to the beach. Loved it.

IrelandNot a particularly appealing location. The rest of Fouras is prettier. Unnecessary 2 stage security. Outside gate OK but inside barriers are unnecessary. Wifi does not work Apartment equipment: No oven and two small hob rings meant that home cooking was not very practical. We bought a pizza oven as we needed to cook for our youngest who is coeliac. I expected an oven. Washing facilities were clean and effective, but expensive at €6 per wash. Environment was somewhat untidy when we arrived (23rd June). volley ball court ant-infested, bar only open 1 night we were there, Presume this is because we visited before French schools closed for summer. A lot more visitor activity on our last day and the environment much more maintained (lawns mowed, fresh sand on volleyball court, chairs under trees) At the end of our 2 week stay, the staff started to complain to our kids about jumping into the pool. The signs for rules on the pool do not prohibit jumping or diving. Also, they started demanding we show bracelet tags for pool use which we were never issued. As it was our last day we just left the pool, but it seemed very arbitrary and inconsistent.
Friendly, helpful staff. Large, clean swimming pool. Good parking. Comfortable bed Adequate cups, glasses, plates and utensils Large, clean shower Toilet separate from Bathroom
