How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Unfortunately, our A/C stopped working an hour after we were in our room.
Super easy check in. Lovely staff even though it was past 11pm. Very friendly. Very clean, comfortable and safe.

A hairdryer would have been useful.
Excellent location for an overnight stop, just off the motorway. Basic but satisfactory breakfast. Easy check in. Free parking. I was there during a heatwave…aircon was excellent, and with the windows closed I didn’t hear a thing from the motorway (and no banging doors or noise from inside either).

One of the ladies on the reception (the one who was checking us in) didn't speak English and the room we were given had broken air-conditioning (and it was too hot in the room) , therefore it was quite hard to arrange changing for a room with a working one. The lady was however very nice, polite and willing to help - we used a translator app to get things resolved.
The location just nearby the main highway is great. The room was cosy, nice & clean, we had all we needed for a overnight stay. There's good and safe parking place.

Not so easy to find. As next to the exit of motorway and too busy looking for other things and then no signes. But they said they were about to change this.
Such wonderful staff. I arrived in the middle of the night and there was someone lovely welcoming me and helping me to find a safe place for my car. The next morning there was another lot of wonderful staff including the manager.

Perfect hotel for s stop-over or business trip, closed parking, quiet and clean. It's minimalistic yet nothing is missing for that type of hotel. Good value for the money.

Not too much to choose from at breakfast. If you come closer to the end - almost nothing left. So I’d say breakfast is not worth the price.
The hotel is located near the highway, so it perfect for night rest during long trips. It was easy to find and easy to check in. Room was clean and comfortable.

There is only one soap dispenser in the shower - nothing by the hand basin. The towels hang over the toilet paper, which is not practical.
The hotel is very close to the motorway exit and there are restaurants within walking distance (though not easy to reach because of a lack of pavements!). The rooms are well insulated against noise from the motorway. The hotel seems to be relatively new. It is basic but good value, also the breakfast.

On route to our destination. Right next to highway. It is simple but fit for a short stay. There was a nice cheap breakfast buffet. We were not hungry but otherwise it would have been a good bargain. The staff was super nice and when something was missing in the room helped us immediately!

The breakfast can be improved: it was good, but way too basic. Pastries were delicious, but it would be great to also have an option of building a sandwich.

Although close to the highway exit , the rooms are well isolated and you can’t hear anything .
New hôtel , plenty of parking space . Rooms are basic but all what’s needed , very clean and practical . Good place to visit the area . Located in the industrial area , car is needed to get around . Less than 10 min by car from the port and lake . Good value for money

Perfect locatedPerfectly located as a stopover, right next to the motorway, with restaurants and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. Very clean and quiet despite the motorway. Free parking in the enclosed car park.
