It was further from the motorway junction than I realised and also took a little longer to get into the centre of Annecy than I realised. The parking situation isn’t ideal - I didn’t book an underground space and by the time I realised this the reception had closed so I had to park on the street.

We stayed for 2 nights. The location was convenient for people with car. Close to market but nothing else is in walking distance. Room was adequate. Shower is a bit small for me (1.86cm). Breakfast is good for this kind of establishment. They have a very parking space with a slide door. That’s also good for additional security. But it’s only like 7-8 cars. They have an underground parking more than 20 car slots but it’s paid. You can also park in the streets close to hotel.

There are no staff around most of the time. You deal with machines, calls, and vending machines. The vending machines could be better (or more frequently) restocked given that there is no nearby supermarket or even just a small store. The hotel is literally in the middle of nowhere.

It is what it is for the price. The dispensing machine for snacks and drinks was more or less empty. It would be good if there was wine, beer, some nuts, something.

This is a functional hotel to stay in if traveling by car through France. It is on an a light industrial estate which means it is very quiet after 6pm until around 9am, but also means it's a rather bleak area with no shops or restaurants in walking distance. A very cheap gas station very close. Bedroom was quite small but fine for the night with comfortable beds. The a/c was very good (we arrived in a heatwave) and on the low setting completely silent. Good breakfast with fresh fruits, eggs and stuff and good coffee. 15' drive away is an exceptional and reasonable restaurant Les Terrasses du Lac with a wonderful view. In contrast to some reviews the lady at the reception was extremely friendly. I addressed her in French and she replied at the speed I remember dictation in primary school. There is plentiful parking nearby as the parking lots of the various companies are all empty until around 9 am. The receptionist said there are never problems with cars being broken into. The hotel has an underground garage for 5 euros.

Breakfast was good. The second morning we did not realize it was a holiday, and breakfast on Sunday and holidays is served after 7:30 am. But we had to leave at 7 am and went without breakfast. Maybe a notification would have helped.

Why there are employees bothering guests at 9am to hang a DND sign on the door on the day of checking out? Many people still sleep at that time.. and after "when leaving today the sign is not needed, all good, sorry" someone comes ar 10 to asks for the same? Please check your guest list and dont knock on each door...

Housekeeping let themselves into our room around 9 o’clock even though check out is not until noon, which was a bit uncomfortable

There is a bug in the automated check in system (machine at the entrance). Half closed shower leads to water spillage which is often seen in most french hotels and this can be annoying.

During the check in the we called for help and the staff was very helpful especially with the parking. We appreciate the help of this staff. It was clean.
