We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The team were really good ,we travelled from England for a family wedding and got in before 14pm.The team let us check in at 13:30pm .The hotel itself is not new and there is lot of wear and tear but you can see that they try to keep it up ,the rooms were very clean and good size .The bathroom were very clean as well .Overall it was a good experience .This is my second time using a B&B hotel and both hotels I visited were good.

United KingdomThe bathroom door lock was broken. The handle turned full circle and was able to lock the door only by wedging against the door frame. The room had a light smell of dampness. No shelf or need side table on the bunk beds to leave glasses or a watch.

United StatesNo room, despite a confirmed reservation, no recourse, had to find other hotel (and they charged us!) Arrived and no human to check us in, only a kiosk. It confirmed our reservation, charged my credit card, THEN told us there are no rooms available and to see reception (no reception available). The available help call-box person answered but was offsite and was unable to contact the manager or do anything. Just said "stay somewhere else we're full". They still had the audacity to charge my credit card for the full stay despite stranding us with no hotel in the middle of the night.

United Kingdomwe had no blankets ready, we had to ask for some. not the cleanest. the blankets 1 was burned in one corner and another one had dirt marks. In the morning we wanted to buy breakfast from the reception . The lady didn’t speak English and was telling us in French lots of words which we had no idea what , but we understood that they can’t provide us with breakfast and we have to leave ……..
